Thanks Villa Provence for a nice relaxing few days. We had a great time. Close to lots of great vineyards. Clean, simple and quiet surrounds. A very relaxing break even with kids. We used the BBQ with ease. I'm sure that the pool would be of great use in the summer months. We'll be back again. Thank you.

We love staying here - this is our 5th trip, this time we brought two other couples with us. Fantastic location, really good price for both our weekend and mid week trips here. Views are great, its also soooo quiet away from the main drag but still in the heart of everything. The manager Jo has drawn a great new... More

Was a bit hard to find but worth it. Handy location and peaceful setting. Nice setting and quiet country atmosphere and views. The entrance to our upstairs room was a bit strange. Up the inside stairs then outside to our room. The place could do with a bit more deep cleaning, tidying up.and repairs - the screen doors were dirty around... More

I brought my mother here for a birthday weekend. We arrived around 8 and were lucky enough to bump into the manager who could guide us to our room. All in all, we were driving distance to nice restaurants, smelly cheese shop and chocolate shop. However, I wouldn't stay again. The bed was rock hard (realigned my spine), the walls... More

Some reports are less than encouraging but we found it a great place to stay. The location is great and central to the various wineries. The room was large with a lounge room, the kitchen was in what I would call the hallway and then a bedroom with a bathroom between the bedroom and the lounge room. There are outdoor... More

Stayed at Villa Provence on a 2 night coupon voucher through Cudo. Had only read the other reviews just before our stay so decided to keep an open mind. Set in a lovely location but unfortunately have to agree with a lot of the issues that the other reviewers have written. The place has so much potential but it is... More

The villa is set down a long driveway way off the street within easy location of Hunter region. There is a beautiful outlook of country and vineyards. It does have a certain charm to it, the grounds are clean and tidy but with a little bit of maintenance it would be grand. The hens came up to say hello each... More

Just stayed 2 nights here. The first was ok.. The second was a shocker! The room next door was occupied by a MASSIVE SNORER. This started around 1am then finally 2 hours later I had to BANG, BANG, BANG on the walls to shut the man up. This lasted for around an hour, then it was on again. Thank GOD... More

I have no idea why anyone has complained about this place. It has everything you need and is central to everything . We had a chook come and visit us every day and she was beautiful ! (the sheep were gorgeous too) Easy check in and out , we had a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival and... More

We enjoyed our two nights here with a prepurchased voucher. I would agree with previous reviewers that a small table with two chairs inside would be great as well some simple cooking facilities. Not everyone wants to go down to a BBQ and Cook breakfast in the morning in their PJ's. The carpet in our unit was quite stained and... More
