We stayed 2 nights mid week with friends in the next suite. It was a quiet, peaceful location and well situated. Our friends had a very noisy toilet that we think pumped the septic every few minutes. Both suites had a very funny smell to them- not sure septic was working properly or large enough for property? Once all doors... More

If its nature, serenity and peacefulness your after, this is the spot. We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this property except for the bed. Both my husband and I had backache after our 2 nights and even moving in the bed produced unbelievable noises from bed springs!

Stayed for two nights in 'verdelho' 2 bed suite.Wine and chocs on arrival was gorgeous and was surprised that there was even fresh milk in fridge. Supermarket only 10 mins drive away where we stocked up and used the on site barbie both nights. Very peaceful, saw our first wild kangaroos and other nice wildlife. Bed very comfortable, very clean even down... More

We arrived to villa to face a smile and the keys to our room. Recently re painted this place makes you feel like you're in a French chateau or Spanish villa or even Tuscany... We were surprised to see a wide selection of cereal, muffins and a bottle of wine complimentary with the stay. Our top floor room has a... More

My wife and I were booked in on 21/1/2014 for 2 nights but 1 night was certainly enough. this place is in dying need of some serious maintenance. cleanliness of inside our unit was also substandard. bed was comfortable but maybe the help of some lovely wine and food from the "cellar restaurant Pokolbin" may have helped with that. very... A little tired on the outside but it had a certain charm. Our suite seemed to be mid-renovation with the sitting room re-painted(?) but without any decoration. However, the aircon was icy cold given the high outside temps and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette had a microwave, toaster and kettle with enough crockery/cutlery for fixing light meals/snacks. The... More

We enjoyed our stay here its a quaint little property. Staying on the bottom floor though there was a lot of noise from units above. Also lots of bugs in the pool but I suppose that can't really be helped. The front of the units have tables and chairs to sit at which is nice although it's not private, you... More

The bedroom looks nice and clean upon arrival, but we realised after trying to sleep that the pillows were likely not cleaned after the last stay. There was a very strong stench of coconut oil and I am sure the smell was transferred from someone's hair instead of laundry. It was disgusting having to go through six pillows to find... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a voucher deal. The voucher price looked like a bargain but after staying there we felt it was not so good a bargain. This place has great potential but needs a LOT of work to bring it back to its best. Gardens were a mess, pool needed cleaning, BBQ was filthy and it was... More

Lovely hosts who provide fantastic in room continental breakfast! Loads more variety and quantity than expected. We stayed over a cold weekend but the room was warm and beds were comfortable. Close to everything. Would return when next travelling to the wineries.
