The cottages at Windsors Edge are spacious, tidy and well appointed with everything needed to have a relaxing stay at the Hunter Valley. I stayed here with 3 others and found the cottage large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. It is so relaxing and peaceful and the log fire adds to the comfort especially in the cold weather. The... More

My partner and I stayed at Windsor's edge with two friends for two nights at the start of August. The cabin had everything we needed, was comfortable, quaint, and clean, and the log burning stove really added to our cosy little hide-away. Included in the package was free wine and cheeses and continental breakfast - both of which were a... More

We booked the large house for a family get together of 6 adults which was ideal as we were all together, not spread across rooms in a resort. Well appointed - appliances, firewood, fluffy towels, continental breakfast, cheese platter and a bottle of wine all made us feel very welcome and set the tone for a great weekend. We were... More

Well where can I start with this place??? We hired two cottages - one for 2 couples and the other for 1 couple. The cottages were so homely and comfortable, loved the fire place and the inclusions of basic essentials like bread, milk (real and a big bottle) cheese plate, cereals, free bottle of wine. The manager - Johnny -... More

We stayed at the Homestead at Windsors Edge on Sat the 1st Feb 2014. It was very clean and a great house to share. The beds were comfortable which is always a plus. We had cheese and biscuits and a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge. Continental breakfast was also included. I would recommend this place for a great... More

We recently got married in the Hunter Valley and we booked Windsor’s Edge as group accommodation for our guests. After some issues with another place we were looking at that markets itself as great wedding group accommodation, we decided to book all the cottages and the homestead at Windsor’s Edge instead. We booked them because the rates were reasonable and... More

I stayed here about 4 years ago and was very disappointed by the current state of this accommodation in comparison to our previous stay. The cottages we not very tidy, needed a good clean from top to bottom. Fridge seal was broken so all the items inside went off prior to our arrival. Cleaning in bathroom was teerible, there was... My partner and I stayed at The Windsors Edge cottages about 5 years ago and it was such a wonderful experience, we decided to stay there again this past weekend. Unfortunately we were unaware of it changing owners and it's nowhere near as good as it once was. The complimentary bottle of port has been replaced by a none too... More

Great location and perfect for a relaxing few days. We stayed in the first of 3 two bedroom cottages. Nice and warm with the reverse cycle air conditioner running. We did light the fire the first evening which added to the cosy atmosphere but the supply of firewood was not replenished the next day and we only had very large... More

2 bedroom cottage, self contained kitchen, had a nice breakfast, and complimentary wine. Beautiful fireplace, spa bath and shower. Had a nice dinner at Amanda's on the edge just a minute walk. Probably a little expensive for what you get- Absolutely loved the stay! Instantly felt like I could take over and live here!!! Cutest cottage!!!!
