The tavern is situated on the eastern edge of town and is mainly a gaming-TAB-Pub venue but out the back - off the back of the bottle shop, in what looks like a very weird location, are 4 quite spacious, clean and quite rooms. The benefit of this somewhat strange location is that it faces the rooms onto a quiet... More

If you are looking for cheap and clean accommodation, then this will suit you. The room had everything we needed (heating/cooling system, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery, small fridge and TV), with capacity to accommodate 4 persons I.e. 1 double and 2 single beds. Located close to the tavern was not a problem in terms of noise.

You know how the saying: Pay peanuts get monkey… I looked for the cheapest motel in Orange and that is what I got… The good thing: Big room with one double bed + two singles and all what you can expect from an Aussie motel: Fridge, kettle, TV, etc. The bad thing: As it has been mentioned in other reviews,... Dirt, very noisy. No reception area, you have to check in at the bar. Got to my room and i had dirty sheets still on my bed, I went to speak to someone and found that the staff are very unhelpful. Manager (If that is what you would call him) is an extremely rude person that was no help at... More

Great country pub. Really felt welcomed by courteous staff and friendly locals. My room was in need of a spruce up but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy. After a long work day it was nice to sit in the bar and have a few cold schooners before hitting the sack.

Located just out of Orange and off the highway the hotel rooms are fantastic value. At three stars the rooms are good value for the price. The rooms are large with shower only ensuites. The beds are queen and quite comfortable. The rooms are clean and pleasingly no road noise can heard. The hotel attached offers good value meals, all... More

This hotel is a real gem. The accomodation was perfect - spacious rooms that took four of us with ease for a bargain price. Everything was clean and tidy and bathroom was modern. Inside the pub you've got everything you want. Bistro is very good value for money. A bit of a stroll from town but a real find.

We prebooked a large group of around 35-40 people to eat dinner including 22 13 year old boys. Cost was $25 per head including for the boys. Mains were alternate of small crumbed chicken (real small) and roast beef slices, both with steamed (microwaved) vegies, one small baked potato & the smallest dinner roll I've ever seen (but you had... A business trip to Orange left me with a bad taste. The room was unclean, there was still dust on the bedside table, along with someones earplug that had been left on the table, maybe even newer than the dust. The servicing of the room consisted of making the beds alone. The dust was still there, the earplug was still... More
