Quest Newcastle is an average apartment complex offering very poor customer service. My young family arrived at Newcastle after a 1000km drive for a rest night before continuing onwards. To our dismay the indoor pool spa and entertainment room gymnasium were closed. Staff proceeded to lie to us about when the pool would reopen for the rest of our stay.... more

Stayed here in a one-bedroom apartment in May 2004 and must say Quest Newcastle was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The check-in staff were excellent, the room was huge, as was the bathroom and I had a great view as well. I honestly can't think of a single criticism. more
