My son and I stayed there for one night when visiting John Hunter hospital for an appointment and it was so very convenient. The room was really lovely, just a little small with no view, but very modern, very quiet and private and had everything we needed for the night, except cold water in the fridge would have been lovely.... I spent 1 night here and i have to say, i loved it! The accommodation was clean and very modern, the service was A+. We attended the Bryan Adams concert at the entertainment center, they drove us to and from the concert. Wonderful staff, and the bar was well managed and very neat and tidy.

This hotel is very deceiving, At first i thought it would be dodgy budget 'pub' accomodation. I was completely wrong! It is as if the rooms have had a recent renovation. Everything is available or close by. From helpful staff, great bistro/restaurant, impecable rooms and secure parking. The staff especially make a place and nothing was too much trouble and supplied with a smile.

Recently stayed 4 nights while attending sister-in-laws funeral in Wallsend. Nice and handy to everything. Staff were welcoming,and we enjoyed some great meals in the restaurant. Room was clean, and nice touches with biscuits left to enjoy with tea, coffee etc. Would recommend.

We stayed there one night recently in a family room, well actually its two rooms together. Very clean and nice and bright. Beds comfy and bathroom imacculate. Dinner downstairs in the bistro was also nice and very reasonable. Would stay there again. Very friendly staff too.
