Please be advised that this hotel has the worst bed/mattresses that I have ever slept on, and I have travelled throughout Asia and stayed in budget hotels. I put in a complaint upon departure and was advised that they were aware of the poor condition of the mattresses and had ordered new ones!! Also sent them a follow up email... more

We stayed here in March, everything was fine when we checked in. The fittings over the lights were uneven and out of no where one of the pins dropped out of it. I contacted reception immediately to notify them. In about a minute after that the whole glass fitting came down and smashed over my baby's toy. The glass hit... more

My daughter & I went to this Madison Spa whist visiting Echucha in the middle of winter wanting to get rid of the winter cobwebs. We go to around 3 day spas a year & this one was ordinary. The facials were okay & so was the massage. The masseurs & beauty therapists knew the technique but needed more practice.... more

Our family group consisting of 3 adults and 2 children reserved two rooms over the Easter weekend paying sky-high rates for fairly basic accommodation. The double room for two adults consisted of one queen size bed and one pull-out sofa ($180 per night, no breakfast) whilst the larger family suite consisted of one queen, one sofa bed and two single... more

Extremely DISAPPOINTING. We booked and paid upfront for 3 nights accommodation in a downstairs room. On the second night the people upstairs had their spa on ALL NIGHT. The noise generated by the upstairs spa was so loud that sleep was impossible. Management couldn't have cared less. They refused to move us to a different room and so we left... more

A very relaxed hotel with a touch of glamour. A great range of drinks and food with good service by the hotel pool with beautiful jacuzzi and hot pool. The steam room was not in the best condition though. The restaurant was faultless but closed Sunday night and Monday lunch. We had an upstairs deluxe spa room (be warned no... more

We wanted to goto sleep early at 9.00 however 5 min earlier the above apartment started their spa - this noisely vibrated throughout our entire apartment . The policy of the resort is that they can use the spa until 11.00 at night. We were not informed by Management that the spa could be used until 11.00 and that they... more

This was one of the best places I have stayed in. Very clean and even though it is on the main road there was no noise from the road or other guests. The upstairs rooms (there are only two levels) are large and overlook nothing but forest. Each of these rooms has a spa that also overlooks nothing but forest.... more
