Great place to stay 15 minutes outside of Dubbo. Huge room. We had an open fireplace which was set all ready to go and a lovely way to escape the winter chill. Breakfast was great! Exceptional quality and taste. This is a beautiful well run B & B that is worth the money.

We loved our stay at Pericoe, Kym and Ross were the perfect hosts along with their friendly pets. We had the luxury of staying in the Heritage Suite and loved everything about it. The bed was super comfy with crisp sheets, the bathroom was quaint with a claw foot bathtub and we even had our own log fire place. The... More

We liked it so much we extended our stay. Kem and Ross were perfect hosts, Kem providing us with delicious home cooked meals and Ross making sure our cosy fireplace was ready to go. Sitting on the verandah with a glass of wine, taking in the lovely rural views had us totally relaxed. We plan to go back and take... More

Only a little out of town, this B&B is excellent. The place is peaceful, the breakfasts were fantastic, the rooms were gorgeous and the owners were lovely. I read some of the other reviews before booking, and it is clear that some people don;t understand the concept of a B&B. If you like friendly, homely accommodations - assuming home is... More

Our first b and b experience was good. Kem and Ross seem nice. The place was comfortable in a beautiful location. The facilities were good with a full sized pool table and bar area in the common space, a tennis court and pool. The rooms/suites are big spaces. Food was big portions and home style. Only negative was mattress massive... More

My partner and I stayed here as a special treat for 3 mights, he being a practically a local, but no furniture in his apartment because of an imminent move, me visiting from Sydney - hence the search for quality accommodation! I had read the reviews on trip advisor and assure you the experience did not disappoint! Kem and Ross... More

We were two couples in our sixties doing a "Road trip" around NSW and chose Pericoe Retreat on the basis of Tripadvisor reviews. Whilst it is about 10k out of downtown Dubbo it is a great location. Beautifully presented, amenities that include a pool and tennis courts, open fire, couple of friendly dogs and great hosts in Kem and Ross... More

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night after spending the day at the Dubbo Zoo. We were made very welcome by Kem and also Buddy the dog. Our room was very comfortable and the scones (for a late afternoon tea) were delicious. We stayed in for dinner which was cooked by Kem - absolutely delicious. Only a small... More

Fresh from a lovely stay at another B&B, my husband and I arrived with our two year old daughter. We were bewildered by the innkeepers icy demeanor. It soon became clear she did not want a small child in her home. We are a respectable and respectful couple, attentive to our little girl. We made every attempt to avoid being... More

Hi Melissa, not an angry response, rather a disappointed response. I have every faith in guests when they make a booking that they be factual with their information. When a guest makes a booking for 2 adults and a baby, I clearly did not expect a 2 1/2 year old child. To our business there is a big difference between... More
