This establishment has thought of the bare essentials and tripled it!! The owners sure have thought of how to make families enjoy their holidays by thinking of everything. Our cabin wasn't picturesque but you can't ask for much out in Dubbo. The rooms n facilities were well maintained other than their blunt chef knife. But hey!! Easily fixed!!

All we wanted was a queen sized bed, an ensuite and a heater / aircon and were very pleased to get a reasonably priced cabin. It was $140 a night and not only did we have all the things we wanted, but we were able to cook inside the cabin and we had individual parking and a little verandah to... More

We called a month or two prior to our arrival and wanted an Ensuite site, however unless you get either C6 or upwards the Ensuite sites are pittyfull to say the least, especially if you have a dissability, the shower unit we had in Ensuite 4 was about a mtr square which you would think is big enough however if... Stayed 2 nights over ANZAC weekend. Comparison to the Big 4 Pambula may be unfair (Pambula sets a very high standard) but the Dubbo experience was very average. Mitchell Suite Room describes "a double bed and single bunk" but is actually one Tri bunk (ie. double under -single on top). Some of the cabin fittings (curtains in main bedroom in... More

WE had pre-booked a powered site for our rented motor home. On arrival, we were allocated a site, but when we looked for the power pole to plug into, we finally found it over 25 metres away! As it is, the motor home had a 15 metre cord, so we went to reception and borrowed another extension cord. The park... More

Cabin was expensive compared to other recent experiences. Interior was tired and not very clean. Blunt knives & dirty dishes, holes in fly wire and generally poorly maintained. Kids enjoyed jumping pillow & BMX track. Close to Dubbo Zoo.

We stayed 4 nights in the Aspen 3 bedroom/ensuite cabin. The cabin was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The bonus with this caravan park was that linen was provided for ALL beds. What does that mean? We didn't have to bring any pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, towels, bath mat, hand towel, tea towels -Brilliant! Less to pack, more... More

Centrally located in Dubbo. This place may be great for families with kids but it's expensive and crowded. You are only a few feet away from the next van. The charge for internet use was exorbitant. During our one-month trip around SE Australia in a rental motorhome, most caravan parks provided free wifi internet connection, but not here. It was... More

We had an overnight stay in January. We drove from Forbes to Dubbo via the Parkes Observatory and Dubbo Zoo. It was stinking hot and were looking forward to a swim in the pool when we got there. It is only a small pool and it was packed but took the temp down. The cabins are basic but have everything... More
