My husband and I stayed at this motel for one night. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The unit was very clean, the towels nice (looked new), shower excellent, the bed was wonderful to sleep on. The only negative for me was the pillows - they were too thick and it threw my neck out. Parking is right... More

We stayed on Sunday night of the Austalia Day weekend. Room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fresh, yes FRESH milk was provided upon arrival, which was really thoughtful and greatly appreciated. dined locally, and we WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

Modern, minimal and clean. Lacks any real character so even though it is the number one accomodation choice in Broken Hill don't expect 4/5 star luxury. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well stocked. All the facilities you needed for self catering and a relaxing BBQ by the pool were avaliable. Staff were friendly, helpful and avaliable. Excellent... More

Will be traveling to Broken Hill regular for the next 1 year. So will be staying at Red Earth extensively. A very comfortable Motel. Pool a refreshing way to cool off the Outback heat. Continental breakfast available and and many restaurants (great eating) and fast food outlets within walking distance. Rooms larger than the norm and a number with kitchens.... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks back in March 2014. I loved it. Still close enough to town centre but very comfortable accomodation. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in Broken Hill and this was by far the best! Would definitely return.

Love love loved it. Our unit was fabulous. The man that checked us in was really friendly and helpful. Sent us to a fabulous resturaunt which we had to go back to the second night as it was also fabulous. The beds were very comfy and the units clean and newish. Loved that we had a laundry. Kids and hubby... More

Large spacious apartment with well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Despite being close to the main road we had a good sleep undisturbed by traffic noise. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely pool and pool area. Good barbeque faciilities. Excellent location. Internet was very reasonable compared to some places, especialy for a whole week. Would be very happy to come back.

Red earth A very welcome break on the Brisbane/Adelaide run. Rang ahead and got a very friendly welcome. Thought it might be a bit noisy on the main road but it was very quiet even though the place looked full. The unit was beautifully fitted out with a king sized bed and a modern bathroom. Plenty of room and a... More

Stayed in a studio room - spotlessly clean, large with every amenity. Good kitchen area with full frig and microwave. Quiet a night besides the odd truck noise. Also dark (important for a good sleep) with the bedroom area away from the road. However, despite saying on their website that there is 24 hour reception, it is actually only open... More
