My wife and I stayed in this motel on 1 May 2014 and travelling to Queensland. It was very affordable and close to the centre of town. The room we had was clean tidy and had all the necessities for an overnight stay. The manager was cheerful and nothing was a problem, he was very helpful and advised us on... More

This motel was of the old style with lower level and upper level rooms set out on two sides. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom a little 'cramped' with the shower door behind the open bathroom door so that the bathroom door had to be closed to get to the shower. There was free WiFi and a basic... More

Nice enough hotel. Owner and his wife was friendly. Comfy bed. Nice free continental breakfast in the morning - much appreciated and sets you up for the day. No Foxtel / Austar when I stayed. Owner said that this was due to him disputing the bill at the time. This was disappointing, but only stayed one night so enough FTA... More

If you're on a road trip this place is a normal motel that is close to the centre of Armidale. We didn't get the breakfast as a 7am was promised on making the registration but I didn't get the message that its 8am on Sunday's. The room was functional, the beds were sound and it was quiet.

Having just rolled up to hotel with no booking, we were greeted with a warm welcome, this was the first hotel we rocked up at with a view to look at more, on inspecting the room we were sold on it straight away. Walking distance to town, parking out front of your unit, free wifi and movie channels and breakfast... More

Being weary with long drive, really appreciated nice quiet motel, car parked at the door, free bottle of wine and breakfast from friendly host.. Great position for shops and great prices in RSL for meal and drinks. Also lovely walk along creek path before last lap home to sunny Queensland.

We spent 3 nights here recently. It is close to the centre of town. The rooms are large and have everything you need, although everything is showing its age. The complimentary continental breakfast is a nice touch and sets you up for the day quite sufficiently. The free Wi-Fi is good if you are in the rooms close to the... More

We were looking for something quiet, inexpensive and walking distance to a function at the Servies. This motel was excellent value, included a free bottle of wine and excellent continental breakfast (real coffee and multigrain bread). The extremely bright street light outside our window meant we couldn't open the curtain before going to bed - which we usually do to... More

This was our second stay here and once again it was exactly what we required. It has a good location, free wifi, free breakfast, good value and we even received a free bottle of local wine. We recommend this place and will stay here again.

Stayed here during the 'A Day on the Green' festival. One of my friends woke up covered in bed bug bites which is disgusting. Owner was relatively disinterested & gave us a $20 discount which is not good enough. Seemed to try to blame it on "a group of Asians" that stayed in the room previously.
