Post renovation the new hotel looks great and service is brisk and friendly. And after a long drive the complimentary drink at the foyer bar was welcome too. The room itself was fine, comfy bed etc. But oddly there are no room light switches next to the bed, or a power point for a phone recharge or laptop. No corkscrew... More

This hotel is located in the centre of Albury and within easy driving distance of the highway to Sydney. It is also not far from the northern end of The Great Alpine Road and its location makes it a good stopover for the tourist or business traveller. It is having a makeover at present and the outdoor pool area should... More

They are working on upgrading its style, seems okay, but minor things like, the coffee pod machine not working, only one small cake of soap for two people, really need to be addressed. Wanted a swim in the pool, but no it's being worked on. Things I liked, a free bottle of sparkling that was nice. A window that you... More

Checked in very late was not told there would be jack hammering and tradies everywhere at 7am, otherwise would never have booked. Was promised sofa bed would be made up but wasn't. Room phone didn't work. Curtains falling off rails, sure the makeover is an improvement but it's overpriced for what it is.

Three adults booked well in advance of stay and only towels for 2, lack of hooks in bathroom for towels Cutlery, cups and plates were insufficient for two people far less three adults Lighting not working where fridge and entrance is, which made it difficult to make coffee and tea Would prefer proper bed for third adult and not fold-out... Well done and timely make over for this great hotel. We stayed here en route to Sydney and was pleased to find the place made over in a new modern style and great to see Albury embracing it too. Once the works are complete and a quality check/review done on all the small elements this place will only be better.

I travelled from Sydney to Melbourne and back and stayed here on both trips. This used to be the Rydges Hotel at Albury but has been re branded, I found the rooms were well appointed and fresh, the Lobby / Restaurant / Bar were very modern. As they did the hand over during my stays, things were a bit make... More

The customer service was shocking, rude and most unhelpful. I booked a deluxe queen bed and two single beds and on arrival found it was a cheap foldout couch and two single beds, not what is shown on the website. Also they advertise as modern and chic but it has just had a cheap paint job. Very tired looking hotel... More

I was a regular guest at the former Rydges Albury and was attracted by the central location, consistent and competitive pricing and good value. After the renovation and name change these advantages remain current, but now the hotel is rather cool as well. The lobby has now been decorated with a modern and effective theme, and the rooms.are also upgraded.... More

I was in a renovated room which was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly. I found having a pool table in the lounge area was noisy. There was no room service, you could order but had to pick it up yourself and when it was ready the girl presented it to me without a tray... More
