Recently renovated, stayed on the fifth floor. Well appointed, coffee pod machine, nifty little alarm clock radio that allowed you to play your ipod (a must). Very clean, channelling scandinavian theme. King sized bed was to die for. Great night's sleep. All very central for pleasure/business traveller. The place to stay in Albury!

Dreary rooms done on the cheap. Phone did not work( had a sticky note on it to advise) so to ring reception had to use our mobile. No coat hangers in wardrobe. After 2 requests finally got the cheapest wire ones. Bar didn't open till 5 pm. Had dinner in restaurant, very average. No undercover parking for cars. On the... More

My friends and I were really looking forward to staying at the new Atura Albury having stayed there as "Rydges".What a disappointment. The rooms have gone from being comfortable to tacky and lacking atmosphere.Rooms are overpriced.especially when the 3rd person has to sleep on a fold out sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable. We had to ring for more towels, only 2 in room... Don't know what Atura is trying to achieve style wise but it just looks cheap. From the ply-looking furniture to the polymer(plastic) chairs ,it just looks plain aweful. The beds are still fine but the idea that a sofa bed is a real bed is questionable. Might be alright for a child but for an adult,no way thanks!! I have been... More

Have been staying here since it was built and it has always been the best accomodation in Albury (unless you are on a tight budget). Renovations are great...my only suggestion is a large shelf in the shower recess to hold shampoo bottles etc. Reception staff excellent, especially Aimee with a fantastic, welcoming smile!! Restaurant is very good but a little... More

No pen or writing pad, no phone book, no tissues, no toilet brush, no hot water after 9p.m. in rooms. Two paying guests and only 1 small shampoo. Dead pot plant on bench in foyer toilet and no liquid soap.

Have stayed many times but the first with the new renovations. Minimalist funky would be my description. They work well particularly in the dining area. Service efficient and effective. I will be back.

The whole family enjoyed our 1 night stay here. The renovations make it fresh - breaky was great ( better than many 5 star) and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again! All was clean and tidy and the room goodies were very tempting.

Stayed in this hotel previously prior to the recent renovations. The hotel is now a funky modern hotel, clean and bright with nice new fixtures. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and in a good location for restaurants.
