Spent a week with friends at this amazing and strange place. Recomend you spend the time with a group, because there is not much to do..... However. Great houses - tacky but cool decor. Pool and bobblebath. Outdoor pizza oven. Place was great, and the landlady Atalanta was the funnies person ever......

I went to Mooloolah Valley for the second time as part of a team building trip with work colleagues. We stayed in the beautiful and character-filled Frangipani House and Jacaranda Cottage. We had so much fun riding horses, and spending time in the hot tub. The houses were stocked with all the utensils you could need so we did all... More

Mooloolah Valley Holiday Houses provides the most quaint and unique accommodation I have ever stayed in. With old barn foundations and brilliant modern applications, the design in 'Frangipani House' is outstanding. Personally decorated by Atalanta, each house is a new adventure and always changing. The wood fire pizza oven is a hit and the fire places and hot tubs make... More

This farm stay is just magical. Obviously the lovely Atalanta has put a lot of care and attention into this beautiful cottage "Franganpi House". The little extra touches with the decortating made it. Loved the pizza oven, spa pool, long outdoor table to share wines with friends. Then the horse rides were great. It is so refreshing to come across... More

We stayed in here with family (7 in our group) to be close to the Australia Zoo and we had a great experience. There are my custom-made touches that really make the houses and the whole property so unique and outstanding--from fine tile work in the shower to the pizza oven outside. The great location is close to nature and... More

We had an amazing weekend. The house is fully equipped, we didn't have to worry about anything. Jacuzzi is just in front of the main door and swimming pool just a few meters away. I will definitely recommend it, you feel like your somewhere else far from the routine, the city and the noise.

A great spot and so close to Brisbane we will be sure to visit again. One of very few places we've stayed that actually had everything you needed to self-cater - well done!! Loved all the different seating areas as well.

We stayed 2 nights in the Jacaranda Cottage at Mooloolah Valley and were very impressed with the friendly service from Atalanta and all her staff. The rooms were cosy, comfortable and clean. My girls enjoyed going on horse trail rides at the horse riding centre next door also run by Atalanta. A lovely short break!

Recently visited with my boys and my mum. Loved the house, the horses and the host. It was more than the pictures show. Very unique. Spa was wonderful after the horse ride. Great venue for girls weekend. Pool was too cold for swimming will need to visit in warmer weather.
