Lovely warm clean and modern motel. Nice breakfast included in the price. A nice tavern only steps away for dinner. Was very quiet and peaceful. Friendly nice owners, would very much recommend this motel

With easy access to the local pub and local wildlife this motel ticks all the buttons. It's in a beautiful setting and the way the building is structured means the front and rear outside spaces are private. High level of comfort and a very friendly host. Communal areas very welcoming. A great place to stay.

This is a well constructed motel where the rooms are off set to provide privacy for each room. You have a deck area front and back with open views. The bed and furniture are very comfy, kitchen facilities fine, bathroom is good. Breakfast is provided in a cosy, communal area which also has a lovely deck. The bread and preserves... More

Beautiful setting for visiting the seals colony, within walking distance. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi for iPads and iPhones, apparently only for devices with Google and Chrome browsers. Clean and good accommodation for one night as there is not much else to do apart from visiting the seal colony. Friensly and helpful staff.

This accommodation is great. Although our room had a tv that wasn't working and there was no wifi in the place (well... there was wifi but you got a code that only gave you an hour's worth of time, and it was a full hour, rather than one that stopped and started... quite confusing), the owner was profusely apologetic. We... More

Guests beware, the website photos are rather different from the reality. We got the impression that this place as was tucked away, retreat style, from the website photos, but it is situated between a dried up paddock to the front and the main road at the back with just a snippet of sea view through the neighbours place. The spa... More

We had originally planned to stay in Westport; however, we found many of the accommodation a bit pricey for what was on offer. We received a tip from a local to check out the Omau Settlers Lodge in nearby Foulwind, and we are so glad this is where we ended up. The Omau Settlers Lodge is thoughtfully and beautifully arranged.... More

Stayed just the one night. Was given a warm welcom. The unit I was in was small but comfortable as I was travelling alone. Had the core amenities and facilities which were clean and functional. I had breakfast in the dining area - this was continental only but very nice. I went for my evening meal at the nearby tavern... More

A cosy warm studio room- great views with an awesome breakfast on the table in the morning. The home baked bread went down well. It was nice to get out of town and be close to the sea and the added bonus of a real west coast hotel down the road made the dining option very easy. We will revisit... More

We stayed for one very wet, windy night in April, just before cyclone Ita arrived. It was immaculately clean, small but plenty of room for two people and extremely comfortable and warm and having the added bonus of the Star Tavern within walking distance was wonderful. The car parking is directly outside the units on a gravel driveway. Don't worry... More
