Lovely warm clean and modern motel. Nice breakfast included in the price. A nice tavern only steps away for dinner. Was very quiet and peaceful. Friendly nice owners, would very much recommend this motel

With easy access to the local pub and local wildlife this motel ticks all the buttons. It's in a beautiful setting and the way the building is structured means the front and rear outside spaces are private. High level of comfort and a very friendly host. Communal areas very welcoming. A great place to stay.

This is a well constructed motel where the rooms are off set to provide privacy for each room. You have a deck area front and back with open views. Beautiful setting for visiting the seals colony, within walking distance. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi for iPads and iPhones, apparently only for devices with Google and Chrome browsers. Clean and good accommodation for one night as there is not much else to do apart from visiting the seal colony. Friensly and helpful staff.

Guests beware, the website photos are rather different from the reality. We had originally planned to stay in Westport; however, we found many of the accommodation a bit pricey for what was on offer. We received a tip from a local to check out the Omau Settlers Lodge in nearby Foulwind, and we are so glad this is where we ended up. Stayed just the one night. Was given a warm welcom. The unit I was in was small but comfortable as I was travelling alone. Had the core amenities and facilities which were clean and functional. We stayed for one very wet, windy night in April, just before cyclone Ita arrived. It was immaculately clean, small but plenty of room for two people and extremely comfortable and warm and having the added bonus of the Star Tavern within walking distance was wonderful.
