Room was comfy but beware, there are no stairs and if you're on the 2nd floor, that could be a problem. Wifi is very fast. We decided to have breakfast here - big mistake. $15 for continental is reasonable until you see it. Drabby looking restaurant, dark, depressing. No fresh fruit, only tinned stuff. What planet are these people on?... More

We stayed one night at this property in early January. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even carried our bags up the stairs near reception as there was no lift. Our room was large and faced the rear carpark. The beds were really comfortable and were even fitted with electric blankets in case the weather was cold. The... More

This is a budget hotel at a great price. Service was exceptional, especially from Steven(?) on the front desk. Rooms are in dire need of a make-over but clean and comfortable. Easy walk along the lake into the town centre. Buffet dinner was very good and extremely good value.

The price of this room was good compared to other hotels in the area, but that is probably because it is starting to date. The rooms and hotel were clean, but at that stage of needing a lick of paint to remove kick/bag marks on walls etc. The location was good, just a 10minute easy stroll to the center and... More

Reasonable. Good location, just a short walk to the centre. Room was clean but bathroom was a bit dated. Appears to be used by a lot of coach parties so can get a bit noisy. Helpful and friendly staff.

This was Budget accommodation without budget price tag. They did have a nice grassed area for sitting outside.except some of the guest used it for drying their washing with no regard for other guests (not the hotels fault but they should put signs up discouraging this)

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids (4, 6, 8, 10) and stayed here in January 2016. Friendly staff that helped with suggestions for things to do and directions. Room was not very spacious, but suitable for a traveling family who basically just wants a place to sleep. Rather expensive for what we got (especially the cost... More

Great room on Level 1 with views to the lake. Room well equipped, wonderful bathroom and it is wonderful to have windows that open. We had what was described as the Asian Buffet for dinner - where else do you get soup, rolls, salad, mains (rice, fish, roast potatoes, beans and roast lamb) all for $17.00 pp. Looking forward up... The hotel sits on the waterfront a short walk from town, but the rooms have no lake views. They are in holiday-camp type metal-faced units with large glass doors that look on to other rooms so there's little privacy. You also cannot sit outside your room - other nearby hotels have balconies for outdoor sitting. The double room was adequate.... More

When we arrived after a long drive we were greeted friendly in the reception. Check-in was done very quickly and we were asked if we wanted more info about the surroundings or activities. Hotel has also bikes to rent and small restaurant. Rooms were clean and our room on the second floor was quiet. Hotel was completely full and it... More
