This hotel was a surprise and delight. It wasn't that expensive considering the great view and all the facilities. The room was excellent and had a fridge, view and electric blanket. It is a little bit of a walk in to the town but nothing major. I would recomment this hotel to anyone.

The biggest problem with this hotel is its location! It is a 20-25 minute walk into town (assuming you walk very briskly!). There are two ways to walk into town: A path along the water, and the road. As you walk along the road, you think to yourself: "Why didn't I stay there? It's a lot more convenient." I suppose...

Absolutely loved this place - views are stunning. We have been to Queenstown many times but never stayed on Frankton Road before.

This Hotel was very good due to:
1) View of the harbour is amazing, it is one of the most bealtiful views we ever saw.
2) Staff was polite and assisted us when needed.
3) Modern and clean room.
4) Handy parking available (you have to pay for it).

Location is in between Franktown (the main shopping centre/airport) and Queenstown. It probably would take 15-20 minutes of brisk walking to get into Queenstown town centre or 3-5 minutes to either Queenstown or Franktown.
