John and Donna run a wonderful hotel. They and their staff are absolutely dedicated to ensuring you are comfortable and happy. Seldom have I seen such a strong work ethic. My wife, baby and I had a lovely stay here and recommend it without hesitation. Oh, by the way, the free breakfast is great!!!!! More

We recently stayed at the Queenstown Park Hotel for a short 3 day Honeymoon after our wedding in Wanaka. We stayed in a Remarkables Room which was very spacious, with a huge bathroom, and even a small kitchenette which we weren't expecting in this style of hotel. We loved the open plan style of the room, with just a glass... More

We enjoyed our stay and agree with other positive reviews on this hotel: the hotel was close to town (about 5 min walk), the staff were friendly and helpful and the room we had was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We appreciated having a kitchenette in the room as it allowed us to prepare some simple... More

Beautiful room, excellent location with great views. Host and hotel reception were very friendly and helpful. The evening wine and canapes were a great way to relax before dinner. The only negative was that we could hear some street noise as our room was facing the road and this may be an issue if you are a light sleeper. More

We spent most of our time in Queenstown at The Rees and spent one night at The Park to see what all the Trip Advisor fuss was about. First the good news - The Park has some of the most comfortable beds in NZ, a warm welcome and a handy location in town. But in our view these factors did... More

We've been staying here for two nights in Jan 2012. Service and accomodation are outstanding and it is as stylish place. We loved it. More

Very stylish rooms, light and airy, wonderfully comfortable beds. Great hospitality and a very warm welcome from John. My only comment would be about the blinds in the bedrooms, we benefitted from the wonderful large windows, but they faced the main road and as we discovered if you stand on the opposite side of the hotel on the pavement you... I spent 2 nights here in November 2011 and wish I'd had time to stay longer. The rooms are modern, spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious with a wide-ranging choice. The whole team of staff, managed by John and Donna, are extremely helpful, friendly and well-informed with the ability to provide a wealth of information about the local area... More

I stayed at the park boutique hotel for four nights during the ski season and I have to say this was the best service I have received at any hotel. The owners took the time and effort to remember my name and were eager to accommodate any request. I found the staff to be very genuine and well informed. The... More

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the centre but far enough from the noise. At check-in John offered a glass of wine and canapes - certainly the first time I've ever seen this. I don't want to repeat other reviewers' opinion as I fully agree with them, everything was just perfect. The room had a very interesting modern... More
