A romantic destination and accommodation was perfect. Fantastic architecture and rooms were spacious and bathroom lovely. Location to Queenstown cbd so close within walking distant. Amazing hotel to come back to after days in the snow and at the many wineries and sublime restaurants.

Queenstown is a beautiful place and this boutique hotel was our home away from home. Within the first 24 hours, we had become best friends with all the staff who were happy to assist with suggesting activities, booking restaurants, placing glasses of local pinot noir in our room when our flight was delayed on arrival. Rooms are beautiful with everything... More

Karen and her team are indeed the embodiment of perfection, delivering service with a genuine warmth that can be lacking at 5 or 6 star establishments and I absolutely love it when they try to have a conversation with you; it doesn't matter which room you're in - the Gondolas, Remarkables or Tower Suite. This trip to Queenstown was the... More

Never in my life have I seen such fantastic, personal services from a hotel.. 100% worth the price, rooms are beautiful and perfectly tented daily. Amazing views and stunningly stylish! 3 minute walk through a beautiful town to the centre of town.. Staff are so willing and happy to help with anything! And will go out of their way if... More

Stayed here twice just before and after a climbing trip and totally loved it. Karen and her team have managed a very high level of hospitality with a personal touch towards each individual guest, which is great. There are 20 rooms which makes the place special. Breakfast is great, the 6pm-drinks-with-finger-food is a must and a great opportunity to catch... More

Our flight to Queenstown was diverted to Christchurch which caused us to forfeit one of our nights at the Queenstown park Boutique. We emailed staff to let them know we would be a day late. When we arrived they told is because of what happened they have upgraded our room and said we can stay an extra night. Apart from... More

I spent five days in the amazing Queenstown city with my family (wife and 2 girls). The first impressions of the hotel were great: excellent rooms, clean, modern but cozy, everything working properly. And that staff helped us from the beginning till the end with all hotel facilities, advices for activities in the city, recommendations for shopping and eating, without... More

Our family of 7 stayed for 5 nights at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. We booked 3 rooms - 2 of which were interconnecting (& huge) on the ground level, and 1 for the older two girls which was upstairs. The hotel is small enough that we felt close, and it was easy to go between the rooms. The upstairs... More

A really good property that offers very personalised attentive service. Room amenities were of an excellent standard. I would recommend only booking the Remarkables rooms which, unfortunately are not that many as they are the quietest and have a spectacular view.

I cannot fault the service at this hotel. Fran, Karen, Marieke and Eduardo are wonderful hosts, and our every request was granted almost immediately. This is the ONLY hotel I have stayed in where I did not miss my own bed ! Transport was organised and executed perfectly. Drinks and Canapes every night was a highlight ...... especially as we...
