Was surprised with the personal service, and nothing is too hard attitude of the staff at the Hotel. The room was beautifully appointed, and the location of the hotel was a few minutes walk across the park for "all the action".

We stayed at the 2 BR - "Tower suite". It was very well appointed, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. It was good to have free parking under the hotel with direct lift access to the hotel.

Loved the location - within walking distance of most everything in town, and the room was quite comfortable and pretty. Our room's windows faced the street, and even though there was a barrier there, we still heard a lot of foot traffic and general chatter mainly in the evenings. The Happy Hour was a nice element but I think it... More

I would echo all of the positive comments made by most people. The QPBH is really a large-ish B&B in terms of the services offered, but there are so many restaurants within 5 minutes walk you probably would not eat in the hotel anyway. Rooms are stylish and well appointed with pretty much every facility you can ask for. We... More

This was a fantastic end to our three week honeymoon in New Zealand. The staff were extremely helpful on all aspects, and we enjoyed having a chat with them during the Happy Hour, where they served delicious wine and canapés... The perfect post gondola hike treat! The rooms were modern, fresh and functional. Great choice and tasty breakfast. Location wise... More

We were extremely impressed by this little boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and supportive every minute of our stay. The rooms were spacious and even had a little mini kitchen with fridge, stove, etc. They served apps and wine for free at happy hour everyday. It was less than 5 minute walk to the center of town so the... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel...not really a hotel...the reception is closed by 8.30, there is no restaurant, no room service.. Only breakfast from 7-10...then you can be hungry that nobody will help you. The internet is free with limit for the room, so if you check some emails, in 10 min you will have to pay for it!!... Upon reading your review Jaquelinne I am disappointed your experience at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel has been hindered by some technical issues which our team may have assisted to resolve for you. As a boutique property we offer guest services from 7.00am to 8.30pm daily, however we do have an after-hours call service and there is always a staff representative... More

This hotel was recommended to us by our daughter - and we are so thankful for that. The front-of-hotel staff members are very much into hospitality and assistance to guests, and the canapés at Happy Hour are an absolute delight - particularly helped along by a gorgeous Pinot Gris. The hotel is so convenient to the Queenstown CBD, that shopping... More

We've had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The staff were fantastic recommending excellent restaurants for dinner at night and couldn't do enough to help. Canapé hour was a real highlight and gave us a great opportunity to speak to the other guests. Our room was lovely, I especially liked the electric black out blinds!
