Well located, quiet, clean, comfortable, with an incredible staff. Rooms are decorated with a modern feel. Amenities were good. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and would stay there again if given the chance.

I stayed here in late August, early September. I wish we stayed here longer. The rooms were very comfortable and perfectly made up every day. The complimentary canapés each night were such a fantastic idea. Fran, who works at the front desk gave us fantastic recommendations for dinner and activities. He was fantastic to chat with right before heading out... More

We were told we would need to swap to a different room ,Gondola View for the last night. However part way through our stay they kindly moved some rooms around so we stayed in the same... More

Our recent stay was absolutely perfect! Could not of asked for better service, Karen and all the staff made everything so easy and took the time to get to know each of their guests. Everything was organised seamlessly which took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to enjoy every moment. Our Favourite part was the lovely pre-dinner... More

This has been one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at! The rooms are nice and clean. The best part though is how friendly the management is. There are free drinks and tapas / appetizers each day. Hotel management talks to their guests during this time to get to know them, which is really sweet and a nice... More

A romantic destination and accommodation was perfect. Fantastic architecture and rooms were spacious and bathroom lovely. Location to Queenstown cbd so close within walking distant. Amazing hotel to come back to after days in the snow and at the many wineries and sublime restaurants.

Queenstown is a beautiful place and this boutique hotel was our home away from home. Within the first 24 hours, we had become best friends with all the staff who were happy to assist with suggesting activities, booking restaurants, placing glasses of local pinot noir in our room when our flight was delayed on arrival. Rooms are beautiful with everything... More
