This is our second time coming to the Top 10 holiday Park, and probably our millionth time coming back to Queenstown. However, last time we came as a couple and this time with friends to enjoy Queenstown. I like the place but I have to say that we arrived at 7:30 pm after a tiring 5 hour drive in the... More

We stayed there for two nights, and it was painful for our wallet. We stayed in a camper but on a not-powered site and it was 3 times the price we had payed in most holiday parks through NZ. The facilities were clean, but not more so than other places. The Wi-Fi was equally expensive, and the reception desk closed... More

It is close to town and convenient store. Only about 10-15 minutes walk. The staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed in a motel unit with 2 bed rooms which is quite large and comfortable. We went there when the weather was so cool. The rooms were warm . The bathroom was clean and had enough hot water.

I'm not a camper so was a little hesitant when we decided to do South Island NZ in a Kea Campervan in April 2013. We ended up staying mostly in Top 10 Holiday Parks. There were alittle more expensive but the trade-off was cleanliness which I'll take any day. Creeksyde was conveniently located a short walk to downtown Queenstown, Cooking... More

We visited here at a quiet time of the year and picked a quiet camper-van spot close to the toilets. This is a cute little place, especially considering it's a very short (~5-10 minutes) stroll into Queenstown central. My only negative were the low number of toilets for people to use especially as some of them were standalone cubicals which... More

The way this camp is run deserves it's ratings. The organisation of waste disposal indicates the owners value of our beautiful country. Well done. The site we were on was great for our dialysis needs but was noisy at night with road and people traffic. Thanks.

We stayed in this campground and the Lakeview campground in Queenstown. This one was our preference, it is far less 'mass produced' than Lakeview, although you do pay more for this advantage. Very cool toilets, but they are cold in May as they are not heated. We got a good site for our camper - the local primary school is... More

Great to hear you enjoyed your stay and liked the ‘loo’s’! We did have an unexpected cold snap very early in the season (brrrrr!!) that caught us unaware. We do have under floor and ceiling heating in the bathrooms which had been turned on low, this has now been cranked up ready for the winter! Look forward to seeing you... More

We recently made the mistake of booking into this holiday park for a studio unit. We arrived and paid the balance on my credit card and intended to stay for 4 nights. We were given a map to find the unit and when we eventually found the unit it was a complete disappointment. No way did we want to pay... More

I am sorry to hear that the unit and service received did not meet your expectations. On the night you stayed we did have severe high winds in Queenstown. My collegues discussed alternative accommodation options but the offer was declined, it was then that a refund was given. I apologise if this came across as being a mission and unhelpful... More

We spent 3 nights in a large campervan here and were impressed with the lovely, well-maintained grounds & facilities. Artfully decorated bathrooms were always spotlessly clean, with fresh bath mats for the showers. It was cold but the kitchen/lounge areas were well heated and clean. Sites are close but well separated by trees or hedges & the quirky artistic objects... More

We stayed on a trip to the South Island in a campervan, the camp was full of campervans and does not have enough room to manouver. Positives - Walking distance to town and gondola. Neat and tidy grounds. Negatives - Price - $10-20 more expensive than other holiday parks. Small kitchen areas. No playground.
