We were a family of 6 that stayed here over Christmas 2013 for 4 nights. We had similar issues like Chris B mentioned in his review. We also had apartment #1. The views are great and the layout of the house is nice, but we had a few issues 1) Wifi doesn't work in the apartment, which is ridiculous. We... More

Dear Natasha, I sincerely apologise that the apartment was not up to the standard which both you and I would have expected it to be in. Like you we have been extremely disappointed by how our apartment has been managed (we live in Western Australia). We have taken the step of removing the current managers and replacing them with a... We stayed for 8 nights in August as part of a snow trip with friends. The view is amazing and the location is great. You can walk to town quite comfortably but it is just far enough to be quiet at night. We found the beds to be great and loved the open gas fireplace upstairs. We did have a... More

We came back to this little place because it is away from the main centre and away from the noise...although there is a wee bit of traffic noise, i like this spot. It is the older apartments which are reasonably priced, although they could do with a little bit of a spruce up, it is great. budget priced and friendly... More

What an amazing View! No 4 appt was three bedrooms and very spacious. The living area upstairs and the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The apartment was fully self contained with washing machine and dryer. All the windows except the third bedroom overlooked the lake. It was fantastic. Sue and Q(the managers) were very helpful and allowed us to leave... More

We booked an Earnslaw View apartment, but when we arrived we were given a room in the old Colonial Village Motel, which is very dated and situated in front of the new Earnslaw View apartments. If it is advertised as the Earnslaw View Apartments it should be just that, otherwise we would have booked a Colonial Village Motel which I... More

We stayed in unit 6 for about a week as part of a ski trip. Really good value The view was probably the best i've experience in a hotel/apartment, panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains - The Remarkables. This view can be seen from almost every room in the unit- kitchen, living rooms, every bedroom. No problems with... More

We go skiiing in Queenstown every year with our three kids (4-9) and are from NZ. We know what to expect for our money in NZ and unfortunately a great location, view and apartment layout were spoiled by the service and approach of the mgrs. Problems started from trying to enter the apartment as the front door sticks and locking... More

We stayed in Unit 3 Earnslaw apartments, which is separately managed from the other units and had a fabulous stay. Pauline from queenstownholidayhomes.com was wonderful, she answered all our enquires and the apartment was in spec condition when we arrived. After a day of sight seeing it was great to come home to the apartment and have a glass of... More

My husband and I and close friends spent two weeks skiing in Queenstown. Earnslaw View Apartments were a great choice for our holiday. Apart from the most amazing view of the Lake and the Remarkable Mountains the apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a cosy fire place for those winter eveings. Value for money was good, location to... More

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very contempory in design and has large open living areas, great for us! When we arrived we couldn't believe the fantastic views right down the lake and acoss to the Remarkables mountains! The downstairs bedrooms are nicely furnished and have plenty of room with comfy beds. We walked into town a few... More
