The owners did a really good job at keeping our apartment clean. A close walk into town and it was really good value for money. The rooms could have been a little bigger but we don't spend much time in them anyway so we didn't mind too much. The facilities of a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc were extremely handy!... This was a great place. We expected to be arriving a bit later, and called in advance to let the hotel know that. They said it would be no problem, and that they would accommodate for our later arrival. When we arrived, they left a note saying the room was ready for us, with the heater already turned on! (We... We were greeted by really lovely, helpful staff. The room was lovely and warm, with fantastic views over the lake and mountains. Everything was very clean and modern with a well equipped kitchenette. Close enough to central Queenstown so that everything is within walking distance but not so close as to be noisy at night. Would highly recommend, I am... More

Just had three night stay in this delightful place. The accommodation is clean, modern and very warm. The owners are friendly and really looked after us. It is a great location, within easy distance from shops and bars. Our room had great views and was very quiet. We will definitely go back.

My partner and I stayed here for our yearly ski trip to New Zealand and we absolutely loved it. The accommodation was purchased as part of the OZ Snow ski package, which made it highly affordable and worthwhile. The couple that runs the establishment were both welcoming and warm people, who strive to provide you with the best experience possible.... More

The staff were wonderful and the price is good for Queenstown. The kitchens are really handy for cooking your own meals. The walk to town is only five minutes. The walk back is up a slight incline which most people won't find difficult. There are some apartments nearby where the guests can be noisy but this isn't often. Nice place.

My wife & I stayed at Caples Court twice during our trip throughout NZ. Kay & Robin were great hosts and provided personalized service in a very helpful, friendly and professional manner. We stayed in two different rooms, both were clean, well appointed and included wifi. The rates are very reasonable and they are just a quick walk to town. Caples... More

Our 2 bedroom apartment was $190 per night (off season rates), & was not value for money. It was our second stay in Queenstown on this holiday, we stayed at Lakeside the previous week & for $150 had a beautiful 2 storey apartment with balcony & lake views. We stayed in an unrenovated apartment at Caples Court, the bathroom had... More
