We loved the property, the views and the rooms we thought where above average,Staff all round where friendly and helpful apart from one experience we had with one staff member called Andrea we thought she was over the top rude when we asked her about the servicing of rooms. The Shores apartments would rank amongst the best accomodation we have ever stayed in. They have an incredible location on the lake shore looking straight out upon the Remarkables,. these apartments are beautiful, very modern, clean and very large. we stayed here in august of 2007 and we were very impressed by the not only the apartment but the brilliant views from the balcony and lounge windows. this was my 3rd visit to queenstown and if i went back again i wouldnt stay anywhere else. more

Stayed for three nights in March with another couple. We were allocated room 804. The views from the apartment make up for any of its shortcomings.
