Check in very welcoming, bigger older style rooms with modern look. Full sky TV and great views over mountains, Good storage for bikes and skis. Went for a ride to Arrowtown and bike was dropped off and picked up. Make sure you catch last bus taxi was 80 bucks to get back to Queenstown from Arrowtown....

Excellent room. Within easy walking distance of Queenstown. Quiet and spacious room. Helpful staff as we were able to go into room when we arrived early and stored luggage for day on leaving. Stayed three nights and found very pleasant.

We were lucky enough to find this by chance when we had been let down by a holiday park in Queenstown. Three of us shared a large, ground floor studio room over a busy weekend in August. The room was spotless, well equipped and the staff were very helpful. About a 10 minute walk into Queenstown, the location is good... More

As a family of four we felt the studio was plenty big enough and quite comfortable. It was clean and tidy upon arrival and the bottles of wine a nice touch. The only complaint we had, some other guests made a hell of a noise from 4:00am both mornings of our stay which woke the whole family. The receptionist said... More

We only stayed one night at Hurleys as our 7 night booking at another hotel was reduced to one. We had just arrived in Queenstown and staff at Hurleys were amazing - gave s free bottles of milk for our thirsty little girls and lots of information about our stay. The apartment was spacious, king sized bed, spa bath -... More

Please take my advice and do not stay at this hotel, anywhere else would surely be better. We booked this hotel because we thought the rooms looked spacious in the photos. We were incredibly disappointed to be given a room so small that I couldn't pull my bag pass the bed and into the room. Our window faced directly into... More

Hotel was located up the top of a steep hill. But it was fairly close to town (5-8 min walk). The reception staff were great. Booked our tours for us (even the ones they hadn't heard of). Booked a Studio room which had a kitchenette, lounge, coffee table, small dining table. Quite spacious. Only real complaint is the bed could... More

Our 3 night stay at Hurley's of Queenstown was nothing short of great, very good value for money - not posh by any means, but the kitchen was well fitted out, the main room spacious and well kept, and the entire place was clean as a pin. We will definitely stay there again. Only one small detail left us confused-... More

Stayed at Hurleys for 4 nights and the room is clean and just nice for 2 person. There's no lift/elevator here but a short flight of stairs to get to the first floor so those with big or many luggage would have to take note. The portable heater is really useful as it keeps us warm throughout the stay. The... More

It's always great to pass on to staff positive reviews. The staff have been with us for a long time and pride themselves on delivering clean and tidy rooms. Being a 5 minute walk to town centre we are on a hill but its a refreshing walk back to Hurleys after a meal or shopping in town. Thanks for your... More

As a corporate traveller you look for comfort of home and the Hurley delivers great location, easy walk to the CBD restaurants. Rooms are modern and Sky 50 channels is a great feature. Staff were nice and the iPad check in a smart new way to check in.
