We had a week long holiday in winter. Staff were friendly and quite helpful. Room was big enough for 3 girls. It did get a bit hot but we just opened the doors and let fresh air in. It was an easy 5 min walk to town. Bus stop across the rd which takes you to town if needed. I... More

We stayed for four nights during winter. When checking in there wasn't even a hello, just got handed an iPad and "just check in on this". No one said anything friendly. The promised lake view was nowhere to be seen, the cleaner didn't give us new towels and the overall cleaning was very average with sand and dirt on our... More

we had a really wonderful stay here after a tough start to our Queenstown holiday. We had a one bedroom studio unit with great views and it was so quiet and peaceful. The spa bath was wonderful after skiing. Very handy location, clean and great value for money. Highly recommend Hurley's.

The accomadation was basic, very tired and in need of a spruce up. The room we had was very small. The dishes were not washed or beds made. It was clean. Reception was okay but not great. Location was excellent, 5 mins walk to town.

Hurley's offered good accommodation at a competitive price. The room was well equipped and there was a good use of space. It is good to have a special face cloth for makeup- a nice touch. Good facilities with a sauna available. We would stay there again. They were very helpful arranging for the pick up of items I had left... More

I had a really nice stay at Hurley's and will probably go back there. Perfectly located just a 5 minutes walk to town and near the beach. The room was nice, comfortable bad and good shower. One thing they ca do to improve is their WIFI. They are outsourcing it so it's not free. I think in today's age every... More

Stayed here over the school holidays and found Hurleys to be completely unsatisfactory. On arrival there is barely a greeting before a half broken (the screen doesn't respond correctly) iPad is thrust at you to not only check in but survey you about where you are from, how you heard about them and a whole bunch of information that shouldn't... We stayed at Hurley's for 4 nights while our 15yr son went snowboarding, the accommodation was comfortable , clean and quiet. The staff were always helpful, friendly and courteous. Hurley's is located a 2 minute drive from Queenstown CBD, it is within walking distance, however there is a fairly steep hill when you come back from the CBD. I would... More

Positive Points : The room was really big! Tea in the room with biscuits. Bathroom with 'spa bath', nice (but noisy...). Lady at the reception was helpful and full of energy ! Not too far for center (quiet, and easy access to restaurants, etc.) --- Negative Points : On the second day, parking was closed for painting, we had to... More
