The staff have absolutely no people skills, they're insulting, rude, antagonistic and generally don't give a s**t!! It's just a hostel so don't expect too much but for basic accomodation it is an excellent value. The bathroom was very clean which was so nice! Great location and friendly staff at this hostel. Rooms are good but it is pretty difficult to get any sleep connected to a bar and with thrill seekers roaming the hallways. All in all, Good value for money. More

Overall really happy with our 2 nights stay here. The only downsides were that our fridge was smelly and needed a good clean, we had to spend half an hour trying to get towels, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work very well and the bathroom got very steamy. More

Stayed for 8 days and then gave up after no sleep, scalding hot showers and too much noise from nightclub underneath rooms plus big party groups. Great help and prices for booking daily activities. Sanctuary room beds quite comfy and super warm. More
