A very sophisticated, stylish and proficient hotel, complete with an authentic Eames reclining lounge chair and ottoman in the suite. A designer's paradise, the fit-out of the rooms, bar and restaurant is impeccable. Wonderful attention to detail and spacious rooms made for an extremely comfortable place to stay after a busy day, or I can imagine a lovely, relaxing addition... More

Amazing service, room extremely clean with great porch. Staff top notch and so friendly. Went the extra mile with booking meals , excursions, and recommendations for activities to do. Fantastic breakfast and super cocktails with great atmosphere in No 5 Church Lane or Eichardts. I will definitely return. No need for a car- walked everywhere, great location. They even cooked our... We have stayed at The Spire's sister hotel, Eichhardts and now can rave about both of these boutique private hotels. Staff was courteous, warm and helpful with any requests. There is an air of quiet good taste and luxury.

Thanks for your feedback, we're delighted you stayed with us after enjoying Eichardt's as well - the synergy between the two properties are a great compliment to each other. No doubt we will see more of you this winter with snow on the way! Kind regards, James Cavanagh More

Fantastic customer service, great location, great (spacious) rooms. I could hear some noise from the club across the way on the weekend, as mentioned below, but it was honestly pretty minimal and didn't bother me. Would highly recommend The Spire if you're going to Queenstown and want to stay in town.

To start, I have never felt as strong a need to write a review as I have for The Spire. So, please forgive the long review. If I could give a property more than 5-stars, this would be that property. Miira and the rest of the staff understand exactly how to ensure each guest at The Spire has an experience... More

Very central and surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Very large and well-appointed suites with the latest large TV entertainment and sound system system, large balcony, fireplace and trendy bathroom. We stayed on a Saturday night and whilst we could hear a voice or two on the lane below and some faint music, the level of background sound was... More

We had the pleasure of staying at the Spire on the night of and night after our Wedding. It was simply perfect and they went above & beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast delivered to our room was spot on, accompanied with our requested coffees which were always on time! The bed and pillows to die for! We can't... More

We stayed at the Spire in February 2015 and I wrote a previous review on my first night which was a negative review . I wanted to update that review . , We were awakened by loud music from a restaurant-nightclub across the street which blasted music into our room which was facing the street. The music continued until almost... More

Thank you for the update, I am glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us. The council have recently reduced the hours of late night trading for surrounding bars which has removed any noise issue from the area. It was disappointing to have a number of instances over the summer where guests were disturbed however we are delighted... More

The Spire is in a great location on a pedestrian street in the middle of Queenstown. The hotel is small with just ten rooms. That said, the rooms themselves, are more than ample with both sitting and sleeping areas and a large balcony. We enjoyed coming back at night after a long day out and sinking into the comfortable chairs... More

Thank you for your feedback Roger, much appreciated. Queenstown is such a dynamic and vibrant town that location is important - being in the thick of the action is what it's all about!
