My husband and I spent our last few days at The Spire. We have no complaints. The owners and the staff were all very professional and very accommodating. In our opinion you get what you pay for. If there is anything you want or need, you have but to ask for it and they don't nickle and dime you while... More

This is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of Queenstown. Wonderful, comfortable, large room and, more importantly, bathroom. The complimentary breakfast in the bar area was very pleasant. The in-house restaurant is a little dark, not quite a happening place, try the nearby Fishbone Restaurant or Botswana Butchery.

Beautiful breakfast room with fire, mags, great service and gorgeous food. The truffle eggs were a real treat that you wouldn't normally see on a breakfast menu. Prices were reasonable esp considering the quality. Would highly recommend!

Walking into this hotel and escorted immediately to my room, (no check-in nonsense) I knew this was going to be something different. A high-end audio/visual system, fireplace and Eames lounge chair set the tone for this beautiful, well designed modern room with quality fixtures. Bathrooms are immaculate with full-size bath, huge shower and top-end amenities. Service is of a true... More

The rooms are stunning and spacious with strong attention to detail. This is a small intimate hotel so as a solo traveller the staff make you feel welcome. It has a lovely family/coming home feel about it. The bar and restaurant are a must do. Definitely will be my only choice of hotel in Quuenstown

We have been to the bar and restaurant here on several occasions and have been very impressed. The bar staff are warm and friendly and make the most imaginative and delicious cocktails, food in the Thai restaurant is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented and served. We live in Queenstown 6 months of the year and this is by far our... More

No, I wasn't dreaming. One of the best hotel experiences of my travels(I've been around) Flawless service and attention to detail. Immaculate, quiet, comfortable rooms. Sometimes a high level of service feels overbearing and stuffy--not here. They seemed very genuine and earnest in their effort to be helpful. I know we paid up for thhe experience, but it was worth... More

From the moment we walked into the Spire we were unbelievably impressed. The beautiful contemporary decor, the great restaurant and bar, and the large sleeping rooms and bathrooms were just beyond expectations. But what was most impressive was the management and their staff. Lucy, Amelia and the staff not only made you feel right at home from the moment you... More

My wife and I stayed at The Spire for 5 nights at the end of our honeymoon to New Zealand. We had a fantastic time in Queenstown, and The Spire was the perfect home base for our days in Queenstown. Right in the heart of the CBD, the room was meticulously put together and well-designed. Loved the Charles Eames chair,... More
