The Spire is a very stylish hotel with extremely professional and helpful staff. We were greeted by Alex, who was polite, friendly and very knowledgable about local attractions. Unfortunately a scenic flight that we had booked was cancelled due to poor weather, however, Alex was fully prepared with other alternatives for us. The staff here were brilliant; Keiran was also... I can't believe I didn't review The Spire immediately after our week long stay given just how much I loved it. We lobbed at The Spire very last minute having made a booking elsewhere that didn't work out for us. Thankfully the team at The Spire had one room left and were able to accommodate us. And what a room!... More

Where do I begin. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end. The hotel was stunning and the rooms for our family of 5 were perfect. We stayed 8 nights in the Spire and for fun stayed the last 2 nights at their sister hotel ,Eichardts . Each hotel was unique and different , but shared the same warmth... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Spire, Located in the heart of the town within metres of the lake and the gardens, the hotel boasts a great location! The room was sleek yet luxurious, with a great open plan arrangement, with a spacious balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were attentive and knowledgable which only added to the experience. A... Nothing is left to chance, right down to the smallest detail The Spire Hotel had it all. The staff were friendly with nothing too much to ask, the location was perfect for an inner village retreat, and the room was amazing. Large enough to set up comfortable residence for a week and feel better than at home! Decorated with great... More

A very stylish and contemporary hotel situated perfectly in the heart of Queenstown in one of the trendy little laneways. From the entrance through to the extremely well-appointed bedrooms, every little detail has been thought through. Open fireplaces and dark timber create a welcoming mood and having no.5 Church Lane bar and eatery connected provides everything you could want just... More

A great experience from the moment we stepped into the hotel until we departed. The staff were professional and yet made us feel like family. Nothing was a problem and it was nice to have restaurant staff that knew what they were talking about with the food and wines without having to ask the chef. I will recommend this hotel... More

A very sophisticated, stylish and proficient hotel, complete with an authentic Eames reclining lounge chair and ottoman in the suite. A designer's paradise, the fit-out of the rooms, bar and restaurant is impeccable. Wonderful attention to detail and spacious rooms made for an extremely comfortable place to stay after a busy day, or I can imagine a lovely, relaxing addition... More
