This accommodation is a motel just outside Queenstown. The room I had was large, comfortable and clean. There was a good en-suite bathroom and a kitchen area in the room with microwave oven, kettle and a selection of coffee and tea. I did not hear any noise from other guests.

Cons: No cell phone reception. Guests should be forewarned, so they know that they will have no internet via their phones. In addition internet is priced exorbitantly, even compared to the expensive prices around NZ. We booked a twin, and it was made up as a double. (They did fix this upon request.) Otherwise was quite acceptable.

Stayed here 2 nights and found it quite comfortable. The room was warm and sound proof so we couldn't hear the noisey guests in the kitchen just down the hall. There is a kitchen that must've once been a restaurant with everything you could need plus a separate dining /lounge. Wifi options were expensive and phone reception might be difficult... More

No complaints with this place. Was cheap and the room was warm and comfortable. Also there were VERY noisy people up until past midnight in the lounge but couldn't hear a thing once we shut the balcony door. Internet was available but we didn't bother to get as a bit pricey. Our 2degrees mobile reception was only available outside as... More

Although it's located outside of the main street in Queenstown, it was very close to some of the tours we were doing and gave us much more flexibility in terms of time and being able to change our tours because of weather conditions. We were close to Shotover jet and whitewater rafting, and we were walking distance to Gantleys restaurant... More

My family recently stayed 2 nights in a triple room. We arrived late and had previously been sent instructions to get our key and access our ground floor room. The kitchenette in the room was perfect for quick meals and I loved the shared commercial kitchen! The signage to the kitchen and lounge areas could be better - it was... More

My husband and me stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was just nice for some peace and quiet (we like that it was a bit away from the many hotels in town actually - we had a car so no problem about the distance). Nevermind about not having a lake... More

Lovely friendly place to stay - out of town a bit but with having a car no problem to us. Good cheap accommodation. We spent 2 nights.Very quiet and lovely listing to the birds around. The only downsides were that the couch wasn't that comfortable to sit on and there wasn't a very good TV reception.

Was a pleasant stay, rooms are nice with a couch and patio. However the lodge was full of corridors and rooms, felt more like a college dorm. Kitchen was huge and easily accessible. The wifi was a minus. Best, we came back to the room with all nicely folded clothes which we left around the room from the previous night's... More

Calm and quiet location. Away from town about 10mins but easy access to roads. Nice lush greenery and soothing scent of pine. Friendly reception. A little poor wifi reception but small issue. Common kitchen was big and full facility but a little hassle to carry food item from 1st floor to 2nd floor. But stayed 2 nights with ease. Value... More
