Me and my group of 6 stayed in Room 3, which was on the same level as the upper carpark (note: lack of need to drag our luggage around). While the furnishing was in my opinion so-so (that being said, the fully functioning washer and dryer was a plus since we just came back from hiking the Milford Track) the... More

We spent 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed a one bedroom apartment with a spectacular view of the lake! The apartment is lovely and spacious with a gas fireplace, two seat sofa and chair, desk, dining table, fully appointed kitchen, Queen bed with a view of the water, a nice bathroom and a washer & dryer. Everything is maintained and well... More

Our room was ground floor within touching distance of the lake,my only complaint is that we could not book for the full 5 nights we were in Queenstown,I can understand why this place is soooooo popular, mind boggling views of the lake and surrounding snow capped mountains, within walking distance of the town, our room was magnificent clean comfortable with every amenity 2... friendly prompt reception. Very happy with 1 bedroom apartment (No 15). Private and warm. We do feel for a 5 star accommodation the bathroom cupboards could be updated as water damaged. Overall we would highly recommend and hope to return.

Thank you very much for your review. We are currently in the process of upgrading the bathroom joinery in many of the apartments as we too are aware of the water damage. We have just a couple of apartments left to complete and the one you stayed in is on the list! We hope that next time you come to... More

This place is wonderful! Rooms are large and so accommodating. Rooms are large, have full kitchens to cook and patios allow for a romantic night only feet away from the lake. Trail outside of hotel brings you right into town. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better place to start. Owner Charlotte... More

That was our first time visiting Queenstown, and all of us were stunned once entered the villa. Nice unit with all necessary facility available, cozy environment, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. But the best was the beautiful view of the lake outside the villa and great sun rise view from the window in the morning.

I was lucky enough to stay at this great hotel for two days on a recent vacation. First of all, all of the staff are very welcoming and are great at both taking care of you, and providing recommendations of activities in the area. The room was phenomenal, with all the small luxuries (towel warmers, etc). The location is a... More

Our first time visiting Queenstown, and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect location to stay. This accommodation has all the mod-cons, a view to die for, and was walking distance (about 20 mins) to Queenstown centre. Everything was perfect: cozy, comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and very friendly service. But best of all was the view, of the lake... More

We stayed in July for 8 days. The room was excellent and the staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite at the lower part of the complex with great views of the Lake. The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and it was only a 25min walk into the... More

Stayed here while on a skiing trip to Queenstown. We were welcomed by Charlotte who was super helpful, told us lots of great info on Q'town and the ski fields - she was fantastic. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It had amazing views of the Remarkables and the lake! The suite was great, super warm with a cosy... More
