The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was warm and comfortable. We did not use the electric bed warmers because we were there springtime but it would really be great in winter. The heater in the bathroom was life saving during occassional chilly mornings. It was just a short walk from the grocery which... more

We stayed here three nights in a non-kitchen room, which was the longest stay on our trip. On arrival the motel looked more like a prison block than a holday home, but the room was clean. It was quite small and coud do with some updating, but having said that it was also one of the cheapest motels we stayed... more

We arrived late one evening and had a hard time finding lodging in town. We tried the Blue Peaks. It was very simple and clean; nothing special. more

Stayed here for 4 nights and were quite satisfied. The rooms are spacious and self sufficient. Our room opened to a verandah outside with beautiful cherry blossoms..loved it. The furnishing feel a little old and bathroom needs refurbishment but the property is close to the city centre (a short walk but the is on an elevation and there is an... more

4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite (2 singles in 1 bedroom, 1 queen in the other) for 2 nights. Full bath with tub and shower and separate toilet, large kitchen and lounge area, all very clean and modern. We were on the second floor and had nice views of the mountains. Short walk from the center of... more

Nice clean rooms, ours had great views over the mountains. Big of a walk up the hill from town(only 5 minutes), but so is every hotel. more

We had booked a 2 - bed room for 4 of us. The location is really good quite near to the lake as well as the town centre... but just about away from all the hustle bustle. The rooms were of decent size were equipped with stuff that one would generally expect. The room rate was quite reasonable, considering the... more

Blue Peaks is a good value motel which we found exceptionally clean and well serviced for a motel. We had one studio apartment, and also a one bedroom apartment and both were large with all the kitchen facilities you'd expect. The rooms were serviced every day and the standard of servicing was much better than you'd find in most motels.... more

We only stayed for one night at the blue peaks in a 2 br apartment but after being to Queenstown 3 times before if I went back im not sure that I would stay at the blue peaks again. While it had everything you need for an apartment I thought that it was a little tired. However the location was excellent... more

I had a unit upstairs which had a good view of the lake and also of the gondola. The room was very clean, I had a non-kitchen unit, but still had a fridge, microwave, kettle and even some plates, bowls and cutlery. It was only a 5 mintue walk into town, my room wasn't facing the main road, so it... more
