A real gem right in the heart of Queenstown, only 5 mins to the centre of town. Lovely views, generous rooms with excellent attention to detail. The hosts are lovely folk, and make their guests welcome. The breakfast is first class, and could not hope for better. If you like somewhere smaller and more personal than a big hotel chain,... More

First I should start by saying that the owners were away and we had a backup crew. Unfortunately we did not pay a reduced price. The rooms were immaculate and well presented and there were those yummy biscuits everyone has raved about. The hotel is also very well located, just a short stroll to town. The view from our room... Nice views from a high point near the gondola but still quite close to major shopping/dining/nightlife areas of Queenstown. We walked everywhere and made it to the waterfront where most of the action is in under 10 minutes. Coming back was a bit longer due to the uphill climb, but nothing too strenuous. The room was quite comfortable and well... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Just could not fault this place. Gillian and Donald are wonderful hosts and it just feels like home. Lovely dining and lounge area and perfect breakfasts. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Great position in town, walk to everywhere.

What a great place to stay, it is clean, well appointed. Donald and Gillian make you feel at home. Great value and close to the action. The views are great from the balcony. The fire in the afternoon is warm and inviting, with comfortable furniture to relax on. Donald's breakfast is delicious, for us included in the price

Positioned walking distance from the centre of Queenstowns CBD, Browns boutique hotel is ideally placed for guests to walk to their favorite eatery's. The hotel itself is a three storied home away from home that is both a comfortable and welcoming retreat to guests. Don and Gillian are perfect mine hosts who looked after all requests and made us most... More

I'm almost reticent to share this one - as I'd love to keep this all to ourselves. This was simply the most enjoyable stay in Queenstown. The hotel is designed in a very Tuscan/Swiss chalet style, with a homely look and an even more homely welcome. Gillian and Donald are superb hosts who genuinely care about their guests and their... Gillian and Donald are great hosts. Amazingly helpful especially with restaurant recommendations. The rooms are kept brilliantly tidy. Excellent central location in queenstown so it's easy to walk in before and after a day on the piste. Be sure to try the biscuits. We hope to be back soon.

We stayed for two nights this winter. The hosts Gillian and Donald were very friendly and have a wealth of local knowledge. They were happy to help with restaurant bookings and even checking our route was clear to our next location. Our room was very comfortable with lots of nice little touches (juice and biscuits) and the hotel has a... More

Having stayed in Queenstown many times I usually go for mainstream hotel chains. However I am so glad we booked this - the room was outstanding it was so clean and the little extras had all been thought of. I will definitely stay again. The hosts are wonderful and the setting is beautiful - had the best experience!!!
