We loved the details in the decoration, everywhere you look there is a little something that makes the overall place quite unique. The breakfast was very good, excellent croissants by the way! The room was small but nice, but the bathroom/toilets was very tiny. The walls are quite thin. Alex is a very pleasant host.

Less than 10 minutes walk to the waterfront in Queenstown. This is a clean, modern B&B with very friendly owners and tasty breakfast options. The room was modern with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Great attention to detail, for example, goose down duvets and a choice of several pillows. Private balcony with great views.

Recommended by Lonely Planet as the best boutique style hotel in Queenstown, it did not disappoint. Service and friendliness were superb, the fanciest breakfast room in a B & B ever, great views, small but very comfortable room, short walk to town.

very nice stay at this boutique hotel. Alex is very friendly, Breakfast is good. rooms are a little small but well decorated and bed very comfortable. we enjoyed a beautiful view on the lake with a small balcony. well located, a few minutes walking distance from the town center.

We were really well looked after by Alex who was really accommodating with our arrangements. We had a lovely room and slept really well after our long drive from Franz Josef. The views from the balcony were great and the breakfasts some of the best we had during our stay. Super location within Queenstown and great value too.
