Absolutely amazing! Short walk from everything and beautiful view from foyer/breakfast area balcony. Staff amazing! First day the room was cleaned they even left a little note saying welcome to queenstown and enjoy! Facilities are impeccable. Gym, sauna, hot tubs in a little secluded area. The whole hotel is just simply amazing! Definitely recommend. More

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a lakeview. Just breathtaking! This hotel is definately a splurge option though and well worth it. We were escorted to our room, bags delivered straight after and welcomed by the concierge. All tours can be booked through the hotel and they are more than happy to make recommendations. We had the full buffet... More

We stayed for four nights here over Christmas 2011 and it was well placed a short walk out of town so away from the noise. The views over the lake were wonderful and the room was large and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were great and very attentive although we found the bar staff rather disinterested in customers, every... More

Booked 2 rooms and was upgraded to 2 suites. Service can be outstanding, or average, depending on the staff. My son wanted a milkshake from the restaurant and although they don't really serve it, the barman went out of his way to see if the kitchen had some ice cream so he could make one. My son said it was... More

Service is a little 50/50. Either exceptional or a little average depending on who you get but mostly great. Sleeper couches are a little dodgy and uncomfortable. The location is exceptional if you don't have a car. More

St Moritz is a high quality boutique hotel that does everything well. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is good and the rooms are large and well designed. It is hard not to enjoy your stay. The rooms with a view over the lake (ask for a lake view room with a balcony) are worth the extra money. More
