Service is a little 50/50. Either exceptional or a little average depending on who you get but mostly great. Sleeper couches are a little dodgy and uncomfortable. The location is exceptional if you don't have a car. More

St Moritz is a high quality boutique hotel that does everything well. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is good and the rooms are large and well designed. It is hard not to enjoy your stay. The rooms with a view over the lake (ask for a lake view room with a balcony) are worth the extra money. More
