My husband and I spent a week in Queenstown and stayed the whole period at St Moritz. Service was exceptional, the staff was always helpful and friendly. The room we stayed had a great view of the Mountains and the lake, breathtaking specially when snowing.

We were looking forward so much to our 2 night stay- we had stayed at the same hotel 12 years earlier with our then teenage children, when we had a memorable time. Unfortunately when we got to our room the concrete wall view was not what we had been looking forward to! No Remarkable views! And no chance to change... More

The establishment and the service is great. However, I must say the whole package is just 'decent' considering the cost. The lobby area has the ambience that suits winter time very well, it has the warm and welcome feel when you step into the hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was nice and spacious but nothing too special. The breakfast was... More

This hotel has THE best staff ever , nothing was to hard and anything was done with min of fuss . The room was spotless with all the luxury touches eg bath crystals for lovely deep bath after skiing. The food at the restaurant was well cooked and presented with a menu that favoured local foods . Location was great... More

Stayed here in May 2014. Upgraded to a suite which was very nice (original room booked was facing retaining wall in parking lot). Staff was very helpful, especially the manager who recommended and booked excursions for us.

My brother and I wanted a twin room for a short skiing holiday in Queenstown. The St Moritz offered us a special non upgradable, non refundable deal for $265 per night including breakfast in room 614. The window looked out into the hotel portico(!) and retaining wall with barely any sky visible and certainly no way to tell what the... More

This has been one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room for free because there was an issue with the purchase of the room via priceline, they also comped the daily parking fee. When they found out we were on our honey moon the staff... More

Had a very pleasant couple of nights at St Moritz. The staff are wonderful. Not in your face, professional...they don't call you "Mate". It's expensive, but you pay for 5 star. No request was too much and the staff appeared genuinely interested in their guests. I only ate breakfast there which was well laid out, with a great selection and... More

This was exactly what we needed at the end of our journey. Loved the idea of 'A Night In'. Movie, pizza and popcorn in bed on a lazy Sunday night. Thank you you made it easy for us. The young Frenchman from concierge was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Which then was extended to all the staff in the... More
