No fly screen on windows, so we could not open them to get fresh air (mosquitos outside the window trying to come in). No air cond, so no fresh air (since we could not open the windows). No exhaust fan in bathroom, so no air again. The room was not cheap either, so I expect more from a property being... More

Great views of the lake. Stayed at level 3 and loved the room. The 2 minus points were: the lift was dead slow and took 10 seconds for it to slide open. Getting to the room is a bit confusing and we had to use 2 lifts, The room did not have an aircon (feels very warm during the night).... More

Very nice hotel with all of the amenities for a great price. Our room was located in the back of the building without a view - you get what you pay for = but very, very nice. Bathroom was fairly newly remodeled.

We had been looking forward to our 4 night stay in a superior lakeview room. But our first night was awful. We were given room M11 (on the mezzanine level). There is no independent air con in the rooms and the bathroom was emanating heat. By the middle of the night, our room felt like we were in a tropical... More

The cheaper alternative for a hotel-stay in Queenstown. Good service and good location. The bed however was two single bed's joined together. This could of just been a once off thing - I'm not too sure. Not a huge deal anyway!

We had a twin room, with a water view. The room was large, beds were extremely comfortable, and view was amazing. Best of all was the location, being just a 5 min walk along the lake to the centre of town. Couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel! Highly recommend

A quick family visit to NZ saw us stay 3 nights in this location. Rooms were clean and our view over the lake was outstanding. A short walk to the town centre made this a wonderful location. Booking and checking in online was pain free and very efficient as we arrived in the late afternoon. Staff were very accommodating and... More

Other than a great view of Lake Wakatupi there is nothing much else this hotel offers. First, they give us a average room facing the parking lot. After I called and asked for a better room, they were nice enough to accommodate us but we had to move twice during our 3 night stay because they couldn't give us the... More

We visited Queenstown over New Years, so the town was very full, and one night we had no choice but to book a room in this hotel. We got a small suite with a pull-out couch for our kids, so the room was functional and served its purpose. But the furniture is quite outdated and run-down, and the bathroom fixtures... More

We went with the budget option as we were planning to spend minimal time at our room but still expected a bit more from a "Hotel". The rooms were more like a backpacker style room. Average at best but didn't feel quite like a hotel room. No air con for hot days and the beds were not very comfortable. Also... More
