we stayed here over easter, what an amazing place to visit, we couldnt fault it and the staff were brilliant and very helpful..the building and complex was lovely and the surrounding views sublime...we will definately come back

Just 5minutes drive from busy Queenstown, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and any staff member we met was super helpful and smiley. We were amazed with the Spa facility, and enjoyed two of the best massages ever! Will come again.

I grabbed a deal off of a site for this one - what a fantastic spend! Fantastic service, fantastic food, fantastic spot, fantastic amenities - loved the massage. Stay here for a worthy splurge. Close enough to Queenstown to be worth the wee drive in.

The view from the Hotel is good. The dining room is large and we thought that the food was rather average. The kitchen is a long way from the dining area and with just one overworked waiter back and forth The breakfast was disorganised and uninteresting. The receptionists were all helpful.

Beautiful hotel, the staff really made the experience that much more amazing. Always helpful and willing to answer our hundreds of questions etc. The room itself was beautiful with gorgeous views of the river and a lovely seat to lounge in. No noises heard when you were in the room, even from other people's spa baths!
