The minute i walked into this hostel I knew I was going to enjoy my stay. The team really put in the extra effort to welcome us and make our stay one to remember. With events such as quiz nights and Christmas in June I found it easy to get to know the others staying at the hostel. On top... More

This is truly the best hostel I have ever stayed at. It was clearly designed with the traveller in mind, down to the very last detail. Great location in the center of Queenstown by the bus stop. Staff was so welcoming and very helpful when we booked activities. Room was great. Each bed had plugs, USB plugs, and lamp. There... More

Definitely feels like home, and I was only here 10 days. Everything is fantastic from the staff, the location, to the cleanliness, the building... it's definitely the little things that matter such as brightly painted rooms, lots of natural light, a balcony, power points and reading lights on every bunk...amazing toilets/showers, the best kitchen I've ever seen in a hostel!... Great hostel :) Good beds, very clean, great kitchen with many supplies and 2 (!) ovens, good facilities for luggage storage, international calling and lots and lots of other things which I probably can't think of right now.. The location is also right in the centre and the staff is amazing :)

What can I say about this beautiful place other than this is one of the best hostels ever! The facilities are excellent, the staff are so awesome, I was lucky enough to be here for Christmas in June dinner which was top shelf! Home away from home, will definitely be back! Thanks AQ!

I've been to many hostels around the world, and this was by far the best. The staff were amazingly helpful, especially when helping me choose tours. Each bed had an outlet plus USB cord connection next to it. So awesome. The have fun activities or delicious dinners (for a small fee) almost every night so you can interact with others.... More

Amazing location. Feels very homely and is clean. Good cooking facilities and warm, comfy rooms. Cool lounge area and nice balconies. Friendly and helpful staff - gave us tips for nearby free parking (a few mins walk away). Good, free wifi. Amazing value and super tasty roast dinner cooked by the owner one night. Highly recommended.

The guy that owns this hostel has traveled all over the world and taken the best of every hostel and combined it into this one! The rooms, beds, showers are clean and comfy. Staff is super helpful/knowledgeable. The best though, is in the details. You can borrow anything from chargers to ipads at the desk for a minimal deposit. There... More

Stayed 5 nights upon moving to Queenstown. AQ is clean, amenities are new, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our booking got confused but AQ worked it out in our favour to bump us up to a private room for one of our night's stay. Tonnes of things to borrow that you may have forgotten to bring in your...
