We wanted a stay near arrow town so we decided to stay here. As it turned out, this was a pleasant surprise. Trish and Tony were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of local information and helped with our travel plans. Our family stayed at the main house. They bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Hosts were nice and friendly. Trish was very helpful with local knowledge. Enjoyed the large sitting area and complimentary wifi. The house is old, and has thin walls. Unfortunately, there was a family with a small child next door, so we could hear the screams of the child, interspersed with the snores of the parents! Otherwise, would have given it... More

We stayed in one of the cottages so we were self-catering. Our room was spacious with excellent facilities and a good garden view with the mountains behind. We were perfectly situated for visiting the main attractions of the area namely Arrowtown and Queenstown. A very quiet and peaceful location.

My husband & I booked their self contained cottage for 2 nights. We reaaallllyy loved our room. It was spacious, bed was very comfy, t&b was the most outstanding in our stay mainly because they had a heater on their floor (nice!), kitchen was well equipped & we had an outdoor dining set as well, with a grill. The whole... More

If you want a place that seems to miles away from anywhere else but is handy to Arrowtown (ten minutes) and Queenstown (fifteen minutes) this is the place to stay. We stayed in the converted barn which is fully wheelchair accessible and has a king size bed in one room and extra beds available in an annexe through a connecting... More

What a great location for a stay near Q'town and Arrowtown! Both towns are a short drive away, and this lovely property is both quiet and comfy. When we arrived Trish and Tony had worked 88 straight days in a row, but you would never know. They were both so gracious, helpful and friendly that we instantly felt welcomed. The... More

Outstanding welcome by the hosts, couldn't have been more helpful. Sorry can only remember the name for Trish. Lovely setting, peaceful and very comfortable, wifi access good, breakfast good, coupled with Trish story telling! Brilliant. By the way Trish we have yet to crack the helicopter trip! Would love to stay here again. Thanks.

The place is 15 minutes from Queenstown city center. Its open on all sides. They have rooms and cottages. Very peaceful, quiet, serene. One can spend days sitting and enjoying nature all around. Can get detached from the bust world. Both Trish and Tony are extremely helpful. Take their advise, guidance to explore the region. They will suggest the off... More

We were looking for a quiet place, a bit away from the town center and this was it. If you're looking for a fancy motel/hotel... then you might want to look elsewhere. The rooms are equipped with the basic necessities which was great for us. TV, fridge, kitchenette etc are commonual. The hosts - Tony and Trisha - were lovely... More

I should have read the previous bad review about this b&b and avoid it! I have traveled to so many places, never have been treated so unfriendly before. If I missed the ETA check in time I clicked 2 months ago because of packed activities in Queenstown, I shouldn't be called "rude"! (your place is not close to Queenstown. Plus... More

Thank you for your comments. My managers are at all times courteous, helpful and above all professional. You may choose to believe otherwise – and for the reasons stated below, I think you will – but eight years of happy guests and complimentary emails are enough for me. From the outset, your definition of common sense defied all acceptable norms;... More
