Aspen lodge was within a short walking distance from all that Queenstown has to offer; its supermarket, restaurants, public transport and nightlife, yet quiet enough without compromising a good night's rest, The room and facilities were clean and Daniel, the concierge, was most helpful and ran the place well. I stayed in a spacious double room with shared facilities with... More

Good and cheap place to stay, near of the city center. You can go and buy some food at the supermarkets or have some food at the places in the city center. Very near to buy tickets for the attractions. Staff and kitchen really nice!

we stayed 2 nights in a private double en suite room, our first time in a backpackers lodge, we were happy enough with the clean room, good value for money and good location for town. Dan was brilliant, very friendly and helpful. We recommend The Aspen Lodge

I stayed two nights at Aspen Lodge and had a perfect stay. A brand new HUGE double bed was delivered the day I got there, so I had a great night sleep in a very comfy bed :). I stayed in a private single room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was directly opposite the room and shared with only one... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it. Had a double room and shared bathroom with one other...one of the most comfortable beds of my trip ! In separate building from the dorm rooms, the kitchen was spotless. Everyone was friendly and Dan was extremely pleasant and really helpful...wish I could have stAyed longer...would recommend !

This hostel is great for those who don't want a party hostel - quiet rooms that are well maintained. I stayed in a twin room and the beds were comfy, warm and there was never a line to the bathroom. My only complaint would be they need to fix the hobs and oven in the second house (where the private... More

I've been there over new years and got the very last bedroom ( a double bed room ) for my self , it was a little bit to expensive for me but it was very comfortable. Next time when I go there then I have to look for a cheaper bedroom ( earlier booking ).

This simple and functional backpackers is light airy and always clean. Plenty of kitchen space. Two minutes walk from all the action and crowds, yet quiet. Really helpful friendly staff. A very pleasant, functional and good value base from which to enjoy queenstown's many delights.
