Although from the outside this hotel doesn't look great once you get inside it is lovely. We upgraded to a superb room with spa bath that had a breath taking view of the lake and mountains. The room (and bed) were huge and comfortable. But the best thing about the hotel was the lovely staff who were so helpful and... More

Wow. This hotel had fantastic views. The staff are very helpful for booking trips etc. We were accommodated for a late breakfast after 11am, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows, the breakfast was the best we had had all holiday. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is a bonus. The hotel is located 3km from the town centre... More

Quiet with great views from lakeside rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Path down to lakeside walk - about 40 mins to Queenstown centre and Botanic Gardens. Great little restaurant with delicious breakfast and fantastic evening taster menu with truly innovative NZ dishes. Rooms beautifully appointed with Satellite TV, free wi-fi and big fluffy towels!

Highest class amenities, slight inconvenience getting to lake front rooms but worth it, regular shuttle very convenient. Public bus from the airport only costs $5 per person and comes directly past the hotel. Well-equipped gym but no swimming pool. Small restaurant with creative, elegant and tasty meals.

When we visited NZ we were affected by the volcanic ash cloud from Chile so with all of the delays we experienced, it was so nice to have fantastic, friendly service and an amazing view to provide us with some happiness and relaxation. We had a rental car but also found it easy to get a taxi for those nights... More

WOW what a fantastic start to our New Zealand holiday. The apartment was just gorgeous and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk, the restaurant and especially the housekeeping staff. We can't wait to return.

What can I say.. We stayed a week in here in July and from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough to help their guests. The views of the lake are incredible. The Ree's is slightly out of town, however the buses are frequent and we had no trouble getting... More

Although the rooms at this hotel are very modern and clean, the hotel its self is located too far from the town, restaurants and queenstowns many attractions. The views from our room was amazing however you would be hard pressed to find a view that isn't appealing anyway in town, the landscape is beautiful. The hotel has an awkward design... More
