We stayed in a one bedroom apartment at the start of September. The apartment was spectacular - every mod con you could think of. Heated floor tiles, gas log fire, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, mountain views - what more could you want? The chief concierge (Steve, I think) was very informed and very friendly and helpful. Other staff were... More

This is a wonderful place to stay in Queenstown. We had a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room. Everything was modern and new. Lovely glass balcony which extended over two rooms, overlooking the lake and mountains. The concierge arranged several activities and spa treatments for us free of charge. If I had anything negative to say about... More

Upon arrival at the Rees the lobby gives you an idea of the quality to expect. It's beautiful with wooden beamed ceilings and great views of the lake and mountains. Check in staff were reasonably friendly, if somewhat "efficient". We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which was beautifully appointed, full kitchen, free wifi internet, great views, big balcony, and... a great place to stay if your heading to queenstown- definitely the best place we've stayed. It's just before you get in to town so getting in and out is easy but you are also close to all the action. Very personable service, awesome views and snazzy bathroom!

All the staff were there to help, especially Steven, the Concierge from UK. The foyer is the best place to have a beer or coffee and enjoy the scenery. The restaurant really tried hard to emulate top end restaurants from around the world and I think they were not far off. We may have had a few too many drinks... More

We loved this place, it was quality all the way (5-star but at a reasonable price). We stayed in one of the nicer rooms with a spa and after a long day snowboarding it was awesome to come back to. Both courtesy bus drivers were really helpful guys and my only issues (be them very small ones) was that the... More

As the room is new, it was just perfect and the little balcony opening onto this magical view promis a wonderfull stay. It was a little... More

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment for a week in August 2011. Everything was really fantastic. Staff very attentive and prompt when requests were made of them. Rooms very spacious and very well finished. Loved the underfloor heating and gas fire. From start to finish just a great place to stay and relax. Try the restaurant too, a great good... More
