Had a studio at the end of the corridor next to the common room.We found it quite small and didnt sleep well due to the level of the noise more

Good spot. Would stay here again and consider there other hotels in New Zealand based on this experience. Staff were very friendly and gave us a great tip for the day ahead. Room was clean and had plenty of space for a short stay. more

This is the second time I've stayed down at Livingspace in Invers and this time was as good as the last. The staff are really friendly, the place is very clean and the bed was mega comfy in my lovely modern room. I like hotels I can relax in and this one defenitely delivered. Will stay again next time I'm... more

Living space has a few things going for it. Price and location are both good, on the edge of the small Invercargill CBD. Anything you're likely to want to visit in Invercargill should be in walking distance. Parking cost extra, which is annoying, and the parking arragements are also a bit oddball, but workable. Service was passable, but again nothing... more

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. This place is a little odd in a good way. You get to share a huge kitchen/lounge room on each floor. Excellent kitchen facilities. Stayed on the top floor. Parking was $3. My only complaint is the blind do not block out the morning sun, other than that we had a good nights sleep more

This place turned out to be better than expected. The manager Tess and Steve were there to greet us on arrival and we were lucky to get a room upgrade which had lovely views of the main streets of Invercargill and beyond. Everything was very clean, modern and funky in design. The room was spacious with WiFi access and microwave,... more

I have just recently stayed at the LivingSpace in Invercargill and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and friendly, with a quick and easy check-in. The hotel is very funky and the rooms very modern and have great facilities - not to mention very clean and tidy. The complex also has a movie theatre, games room and kitchen... more

Invercargill is well worth a visit and we booked the Livingspace apartments via the internet. Only $89 per night which was well below what other hotels were not only in Invercargill but in New Zealand generally. Cannot rate the place highly enough, warm welcome, smooth checkin, off street secure parking for about $3. The rooms are all new, not spacious,... more
