Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a large group, The hospitality shown was exemplary and we commend the reception staff, specially Debbie. Units were clean with efficient heating and great hot water pressure. All requests were promptly dealt with. Yes, it is a 15 min walk to town but if you have a car, parking is very cheap.

Stayed here for one night and was by the far the best motel I stayed in in NZ! Lovely clean rooms Great staff Excellent bathrooms Only down side is that it's a bit of a walk into town and would probably recommend grabbing a taxi

we were sad it was only 1 nights stay on our way to queenstown. it was the largest room we had on our whole trip.we didn't even have to pay anything to use the guest laundry and the restaurant was a walk across the road, the food there was huge and so enjoyable(it was our 41st anniversary)well worth the money

Thank you for your comments, we already have a replacement programme in place and would been very interested to know which unit you were in so this can be addressed in the first instance. Appreciate your valued feedback and we look forward to seeing you again in the future. Kind Regards Natalie More

Nice clean rooms. Always warm on arrival because of the friendly caring staff adding that special touch. Big spacious rooms. Pricing is good. Close to town. Restrauant and bar just across the road. Great value for money.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in February 2014 during our first tour around South Island. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy parking. We didn't do any cooking at all as we went out for an evening meal and also pre-ordered our breakfast... More

Friendly reception ladies, good that it does room service from the cobb n co across the road, got myself a dozen oysters from there and a chicken burger - room was clean and tidy with no street noise. Easy parking and clean sheets, nice back garfen to walk around in

We checked in for one night and after seeing the room, we decided to treat ourselves and stay for two. We had the choice of a Deluxe room or the Honeymoon suite so we chose the Deluxe at a rate of $136.00 NZD, which included tax. It was actually a one bedroom apartment with top quality furnishings and fixtures. The... More

Well proportioned, modern rooms, clean and well appointed. Debbie at reception was cheerful and helpful and the complimentary internet Wi-Fi was much appreciated. Kitchenette facilities were excellent and the beds comfortable. Definitely would stay again.
