We went there for a quick weekend trip and and wanted somewhere close to the beach. This place had nice friendly staff, the room was comfy and spotless, with a well equipped kitchenette if needed. Stayed here for the aerosmith concert. Lovely motel, clean and convenient Bed was very comfortable. Pity about the terrible concert. Would definitely stay here for a longer time next time I visit dunedin.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, in March 2013. Staff were most helpful, and the rooms were well appointed and clean. An easy drive to the CBD, and attractions Quiet location near the beach. Would recommend.

On Tues 5 March 2013 I called into Adrian Motel looking for accommodation. They where full, as most of Dunedin was with a Cricket Test and other events on. Janice was excellent. Telephoned around and found us accommodation. I was extremely impressed at Janice's friendliness, care and help. Thank you Janice

Very clean, large, plenty of parking even for larger vans. Owners great about we're to go for dinner etc. and giving directions to attractions, also they put up with elderly parents asking questions all the time. Very accommodating.
