Modern comfortable hotel on main road into Dunedin. Nice fresh rooms with good heating. Good sized room and tidy bathroom. The hotel had a nice fresh smell throughout. An idea base for the price. Thought this hotel was fantastic, it just shows that the little things really make a difference. The propert is clearly not new but it was spotless! We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The rooms are big, clean and well set out with modern facilities and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is on a busy road but was very quiet - we couldn't hear any road noise. Breakfast in the dining room was good. more
