Arrived late afternoon after a long drive from Te Anau via Invercargill in persistent heavy rain. We were quickly out however, to visit the Royal Albatross Centre and the Blue Penguins on the coast. We were received well by very helpful staff to a lovely hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a short drive from... More

It was a bit of a walk from the downtown (a small warning). The rooms were nice, comfy and clean. Wifi available in the lobby. The meals were very good (we... More

This was a nice hotel, room was very good with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was well situated, not far from a lovely botanical gardens, and within strolling distance of shops and restaurants.

We stopped here for two nights and had requested a room overlooking garden although this was not allocated we were able to change on arrival. Location is out of main town center about 20-25 min walk. Staff generally helpful, breakfasts good. Limited wifi - why only 1 hour in 24 hours ? they are out of step with other places... More

This hotel is lovely and a nice one to stay in on a tour. The Scottish evening was great though I didn't like the Haggis.Would have liked to have stayed here another night to see more of Dunedin. Clean Comfy pleasant staff good food.
