Great wee place, extremely helpful and chatty owner and just what we needed after a long drive from Central Otago on the spur of the moment AND the day after New Year's - so lucky to get a place, let along one so central and so good. We even got a chocolate cake, how about that!

Only complaint was the bathroom was a little too retro but, it was perfectly functional and clean. Otherwise very comfortable room. Sandi was a great host. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Dunedin.
