Stayed in this hotel for one night, the room was cheap but very very small. It was not big enough for two people. It is impossible to get a decent nights sleep as there is so much noise from people outside their rooms. Not recomended. more

Location fantastic, right in the heart of Christchurch. Whow, what value for money. Small rooms, bigger available, quiet with all the mod stuff. Free internet...great cafe in the lobby. Very funky joint! more

First impression was Shock to see such a small room but it had everything and more. They offer $10 meals which was very good and found staff to be very friendly. It offered a kitchen facility and a big dining area. Very good value for money. more

We stayed in the budget rooms and they were great. My brothers rooms air con played up but the front desk was so helpful and gave him a room move to an upgraded room. It was all very laid back and they recommended heaps of activities to us and the hotel facitlities were top notch. Definitly staying again, very unique. more

Hotel So is unlike anywhere else we've stayed before...modern, funky, colourful, in-your-face... For us it was just perfect - we were exhausted from travelling (and camping), the weather was miserable and we just wanted somewhere warm, dry and cosy to curl up for the day in comfort, chill out, and use the internet.
