I went to Christchurch last week for 5 days. I stayed at the Quest Christchurch in Worcester St. Quest operate serviced apartments. My room was clean and in good condition. A light bulb was out but a quick call to reception and it was seen to promptly. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. My room was spotlessly clean.

Stayed in the two bedroom interconnecting apartment, firstly we had a late check in at midnight which they happily accommodated with a simple buzz at the door. Rooms were very spacious and are great for families or groups of friends, TVs are small for the size of the rooms though. The apartments are right next to the tram that went... More

Stayed for four nights in two bedroom apartment. Very clean, modern and loved all the free movies accessed on TV. Good location and warm staff. Highly recommend. Children loved having their own telly with movies in their room too.

The room was very clean, bed was average and location was central. In general a nice stay. Only real downside was when the receptionist couldn't even direct us in how to get to the airport nor use the internet at all.

Stayed here my first night in Christchurch (and well, NZ for that matter). It's probably in the best location in the Christchurch. The room was pretty decent size and up to date. The staff was super sweet and nice but not necessarily the most travel friendly. Although, I enjoyed my one night stay here, not sure if I would stay... More

Stayed here at the start of a NZ tour with the family. Came here with public transport from the airport (Metrobus No. 29), worked well even with luggage & despite all the detours and construction work still going on. We also fetched the motorhome from near the airport and parked it next to the hotel to load our luggage -... More

Stayed here with a 9 month old in the apartment. Had a lovely stay, kitchen is well equipped to make how own small meals. Great location - walking distance to most places. Shame about the rebuilding all around Christchurch but there isn't much that you can do about that! Recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay in the middle of town. Close to shopping, tram line, fairly quiet rooms. Good beds (we like firm mattresses) and faultless room amenities and services. We arrived at 2 a.m. and our after-hours instructions to check-in were easy and worked well. So stay here worry-free, and good luck to ChCh in rebuilding!
