As far as motels go this was OK - comfy bed, good shower and clean. Be aware though Riccarton St is a major rd and unless u r at back of the property the road noise is intrusive. Lots of good places to eat close by including Dux Dining 50m up the road who open at 7am for breakfast.

I recently took a trip to Christchurch for three days and spent the two nights at the Annabelle Court Motel. The booking in was easy and sufficient. The access to everything in Christchurch is superb. Within walking distance of the motel are plenty of quality restaurants and cafes where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Highly recommend a stay there!

First time we have stayed at this motel, awesome friendly people and a great welcome. We had a studio unit on the ground floor, very clean, comfortable and plenty of seating and lots of room. We will be staying here in the future.

Was well located to bus stop and Riccarton Mall with the Internet cafe just 1 block away. Could'nt believe they do not give milk after the first day (should have read Sally Faulkner's review first!) The room was really basic but generally clean except for a lolly wrapper on the floor, however, when I went to use the phone there... More

Nice and clean motel and within walking distance to the Riccarton Westfield shopping centre. A really nice cafe across the road which has good food and serves a very good breakfast. Returned to our room on the second evening to find it all nicely cleaned with fresh linen and chocolates left on the table :) a nice touch! The lady... More

We stayed for a week in a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment - with the very sensible arrangement of the two single beds in the bedroom, so that the grown-ups get the kitchen/lounge/TV space after the kids are in bed. The room itself was fine, but a little tired and worn - some peeling laminate, broken shelf in the fridge. Comfortable... More

One of the nicest motels we stayed in NZ. Its in the busy area of Riccarton which is great as you can't access the city itself due to the quake. We had a ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms, one double and 2 single beds. the main room itself was very spacious with a comfy couch and big tv. The... More

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend because it was close to the train station where we were catching the Tranzalpine the next day and they could organise a free shuttle for us. We arrived quite late in the day but checkin was smooth and trouble-free. I had booked on the internet and it was all good. We... More
