This B & B is like a boutique hotel. A grand old home tastefully decorated but friendly like a B &B. Complimentary wine is served at 5:30P. Parking is around the back and easy access for luggage. Our room had a king bed and a really nice ensuite with tub and separate shower. Lots of towels. Breakfast was first rate... More

Spent our first night in NZ here and it was in a great location for restaurants and the botanical gardens. Great breakfast too. They have a dumb waiter for luggage which was nice. And exceptional friendliness and service which I now know is the way things are done in NZ. Still a great deal of construction going on. The container... More

We arrived from a long journey at 13:30 after 36 hours of traveling. The warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere were great. Jan helped us out with a lost item in the supershuttle with we took from the airport, that's what you call outstanding service !! In the morning you get a breakfast with toast, croissants, bacon & eggs and fresh... More

Jan and her colleagues make every effort to ensure guests feel welcome in this very comfortable and well appointed central location. Rooms are spacious and the whole place combines the comforts of home with the needs of the traveller. A delightful place to stay while in Christchurch.

Whilst Christchurch is essentially still a building site after 2011 earthquake devastated its core, Orari - a heritage property - literally on the fringe of the earthquake zone appears to have been spared, Our host was a shining light and a font of knowledge and cooked a mean breakfast too. the house had an extremely interesting and eclectic feel thanks... Orari B&B was an amazing find in Christchurch. Cute B&B with great service, fair prices, good rooms, and great location. I had to leave very early after my 1 night stay so I didn't get to experience the full portion of breakfast but Jan made sure I knew where I could grab some continental stuff before I was off. Would... More

This B&B is in a great location with comfortable rooms and an excellent shower - necessary after a long flight from the UK. It is a little noisy as the room we were in was just off the main hall, and the window view was out on to the walk way for the car park. Nice to have free range... More

After two long flights we were happy to arrive at Orari B&B. The house, rooms and surroundings are spotless. The welcome is friendly and warm. You'll feel comfortable right away. The location is ideal in the hearth of Chch. The suites are spacious with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The complementary glass of... More

Having flown into Christchurch we got a taxi directly to the B&B for our 2 night stay and were welcomed warmly by the hosts at the start of our first day in New Zealand. Our room was comfortable and the breakfasts very well prepared. The 'Happy Hour' in the early evening when free wine is available was a nice touch.... More
